Spent the night in Harrison Hotel and had to come here because there was nothing else open besides the pub this time of year. Pulled into the parking lot and immediately red flags started going off. Nobody else was here, except for the chef and one waitress, who was near clueless on what she was doing. This restaurant is very old, smells extremely odd (think musky and smoky), and the weirdest part was the unsettling sound of complete silence throughout the restaurant. No music, no TV, no fan/heater/AC, no chatting amongst workers, no nothing. It was so quiet that you could easily hear a pin drop from across the restaurant. Anyway, on to the food itself. Ordered the "dinner for 2". Portions were good, but the food is hands down the nastiest and greasiest Chinese food I have ever eaten in my life (think local mall food court Chinese food made 10x more poorly)... food tastes unaturally burnt, soggy, unfresh, and the deep fried food options tasted like dog food... I highly do not recommend going here, make the extra 15 minute drive back out to Aggasiz if you need a meal or eat somewhere else in Harrison.

Very good food! Staff was super friendly. Only 4 stars as the food took almost an hour to hit our table. Figure that's cause we got breakfast stuff, Chinese food and lasagna. All of which were well worth the price. Loved the geodes on display, very unique.

Excellent Japanese restaurant. Huge Sashimi platter made with love and yummy tempura don.

Great teriyaki chicken on rice (red rice to boot!) and their fish n chips were on point.

Wow just wow! Did not expect to find such a gem here in Harrison. Great gluten free pizza crust, not sure how you make it but it tastes amazing. Many different pizza specials. We ordered over the phone and collected it 15 minuets later! Very generous amount of toppings

So glad we stepped foot in this place! Had an amazing breakfast, my wife said it was the best breakfast she has ever had. Very busy little cafe, super fresh food. Nice selection of baked goods on the counter that are delicious as well. If your staying at Harrison you must do yourself a favor and come eat here!

Nice German food and fantastic service! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, explained the menu to us since my friends and I were not familiar with traditional German cuisine. Good portion of the food. I loved the atmosphere, very cozy and warm, you can see the lake while dining if you sit at the patio. I ordered the pork hock, it was delicious and it was also too much for a girl to finish on her own!! The potatoes were too salty though....... Overall a nice restaurant!!

Saturated right in front of the lake it has perhaps the best place to enjoy a breakfast for around $15. You might just want to make it last longer by having the bottomless cups of coffee.

Ever since the new owners took over, I’ve been there a few times and I haven’t had an ideal experience. The first time I went, they didn’t put any toppings I had asked for on my “pepperoni” pizza, not even cheese. Second time, didn’t even ask if I wanted sauce or vegetables, just started wrapping it up. Third time, undercooked pizza. It was still cold! Fourth and LAST time I go to the agassiz subway, I order 2 subs of very different prices, he puts the cheaper one on the register, then realized the other was more expensive, and made me pay for two of those instead. It’s gone downhill.
