Met someone here didn't eat. I did enjoy their food before changing my eating habits.

I rarely will eat out and thus place is a reason why I dont , got food poisoning

Good place to hangout with friends, classmates. Some waiters are very attentive and willing to go the extra mile for the best possible service. Food takes a while to be sever. Only complaint is that food is slightly overpriced at times and it might just be cheaper to head to a competitor.

I had a pretty terrible experience here. I've never actually had to write a bad review before, but the customer service here was absolutely horrendous and I thought I'd leave a warning for anyone considering this branch. First, they don't listen to your topping requests. I had to have mine remade because they put several things on the wrong sandwich--even after clarifying with me which sandwich I wanted these toppings on--including toppings which were severe allergens for the people I was ordering for. Any sandwich I told them not to toast, they whisked up and toasted IMMEDIATELY, and were rude about my insisting on having the sandwiches done correctly. The guy running the cash register was somehow even worse. He insisted I had four sandwiches when I only had three, despite my clarifying and despite the person behind me identifying the fourth sandwich as theirs. I told him I was paying with gift cards, so he CHARGED me for the gift cards I was trying to pay with, then got annoyed with me when he had to fix the error. I then attempted to pay half of it with another gift card and the remainder with cash so I would have change, so he put all the cash ON the gift card despite me telling him explicitly not to do this. He then handed me back all of the total attempted gift cards, refused to tell me which one the money was on, shoved my sandwiches across the counter to me so hard they nearly fell off the counter, and physically turned his back to me to avoid answering any more of my questions. I've never had such an unpleasant customer service experience anywhere else. Just be careful if you go there and have an order with allergy-sensitive ingredients, or anything more complex than a single-sandwich transaction.

Everything is brand new so great food taste good.

The BEST mac and cheese in all of California. Service is friendly and fast.
