Restaurant

Food was less than mediocre. The ingredients seemed poor quality, which is unfortunate considering the Okanagan valley makes farm to table easy. The food was forgettable and boring, poorly seasoned with muddled flavours. It’s too bad, because it would be very easy for them to do better, but I guess they’re just cheap. Save your money and your tastebuds and take a trip into town.

Excellent staff with great service. The classic breakfast is a good bargain.

I love this place! Food is always tasty and the servers are amazing! Ive been coming here for years

Fastest Food Service than other Restaurants as well as store is very neat and clean and staff is very friend.

Amazing food, great service but the best part was the stalls in the bathroom; they were tall enough that for the first time in my life i couldnt see over to the next stall and that in itself is magical. Ashton was cool

What an evening. Really nice restaurant with an outstanding server called Darran. The food was very good. The location was very good. The waiter was very good. And yes so was also the price. ;) Questions? See u soon :)

The serves went above and beyond to make sure they catered to my food allergies. That definitely made me feel safe eating at this location.

The perfect place for dinner. Outstanding service and food. The first time I visited Kelowna I had the chicken pot pie at this particular White Spot because it was conveniently close to my hotel, but I've been back many times since. My favorite place to relax and enjoy the food.

Excellent food and service very clean cafe

Nice A&W restaurant.

Enjoyed the ruban. A bit priçy and could for my choice I'd ask for more saurkràut next one

We love Wendy's salads, especially the apple peacan. Their pair two menu option let's us have a half salad and a 2nd choice for a really affordable price plus we get a Senior's 10% discount. Got to love that. 5-star in our opinion.

Poor service. Very slow. Had to repeat request for snack

Very few points I can criticise with this restaurant. My girlfriend and I have been going there for a couple of years now regularly. Great food, great service and right on price. 6/5 🌟

Michael Denman and Corvin Vaski could not have had a better description of the establishment. 4 stars for sure!

Nice place very friendly staff, good food, fresh, healthy.

An average Diary Queen. My first experience of one, visiting from England. The food was okay for fast food. Good portion size. The drinks average. The burger I had was nothing to write home about, but it was filling. Staff was friendly, and the service was quick - what you should expect from a fast food restaurant!

Great atmosphere and outstanding food at an affordable price. Well worth the detour!

Amazing food. All 5 things we ordered were great. Highly recommended.

Had dinner at this location tonight and was very impressed with the staff and manager! We were seated right away and then nobody came to take a drink order or anything. After 15+ minutes we approached the staff to ask if we had been missed. The manager and our server both attended to our table right away and offered sincere apologies for the mix up. There had been a miscommunication and the server thought we were part of another group! The manager bought our first round of drinks for us and very sincerely apologized saying that did not meet their standards! After I ordered an appetizer they also gave us that on the house as well! The food was delicious and they definitely went above and beyond to make things right! Our server was awesome, it was clearly just a mix up to start our visit! We were incredibly impressed, we did not expect any of it! Great Job Cactus Club Kelowna for providing amazing customer service and fabulous food!
