This Subway is located on the second floor Food Court inside the Peter Pond Mall

As I sit here waiting for my food on my third visit I felt I should finally write a review. The first time was a hard opening. The place had maybe 20 people in it. I could tell pretty quickly not a single person in the place had ran an establishment. I ordered food and watched for an hr as many customers walked out the door because they as well had not gotten their food. Second visit. They had 2 waitresses this time. Clearly they learned from their mistakes. But a 30 min wait for food which isn't terrible. The third time.... We walked in and sat ourselves as we were told. About 15 min went by before someone who clearly worked in the back came out and asked "if she could get us something." we ordered our drinks. She wanted to take our food order right on the spot. To which I said how bout a min here to look at the menu. She turned and walked away lol. Now it's been nearly 40 min since we've ordered. My beer is clearly empty and has been for over half that time. The food is actually good( or at least the last 2 times I have no idea when I'll get to try the meal I ordered.) But I can tell you one thing. I've seen those food delivery companies come in 3 different times. Of I ever do decide to eat here again I'll be ordering it to my door where I don't feel like a jerk for not giving a tip for the service I never received cause clearly and rightfully the one waitress is overwhelmed serving the 20 people and birthday party that are here. Of course I say all this as the owner of the establishment has now walked past my empty beer like 4 times as he goes to mingle with the people sitting at the bar. Fk this place

Good price, good portion size, very yummy food! They have lots of vegetarian options and were very accomodationg of my food allergies. The waitress confirmed what I can and cannot eat AND the chef came to our table to be sure. Very satisfied, will definitely come again!

Iove food, ampshomere and waitress were great. The price of food is good ,place is very clean.

Food is absolutely disgusting and way overpriced. Service is not to bad. My family and I tried different entrees and everything was really gross except my son said his hotdog was good. Very sad as mom's kitchen use to be amazing but there is new owner's.

The service was great however they needed a security in there as I encountered a crazy guy who was kicking the chairs and table for no reason and of course his pants were down to his knees ..

Chicken was amazing like always.

Not good. Extra prices show up on your bill, the food is bad and tastes unclean. I paid 28 dollars for pork chops and a iced tea.

The food and service is excellent I recommend everyone to go and try there food

Ok food and the two sides with many of the dishes makes it good value if you are hungry. Grilled cheese cheese burger and fish and chips are my favorites

Best restaurant and bakery in town. The food is delicious and fresh; anything we order is excellent. Their falafel and hummus is outstanding! Bright, clean, and welcoming - the staff are always ready with a smile. If you have not been there yet, go! You will not be disappointed!

Consistently pumps out good pizza, and if they get it wrong.... Always willing to make it right!

Got the daily special quiche for lunch today. It was nice and fluffy but filling. Got a good size piece, got my money's worth.
