Eastchester location has the best waiters, nice , fast and friendly. We eat there 3 times a week.

The fettuccine and meatballs with mozzarella gravy was excellent. The raspberry cake dessert was also very good

I am always so pleased to go to La Place. I'd eat every item on the menu if I could. The food is delicious. The staff is nice. This place gets busy, so if you prefer less hustle and bustle, go before or after peak times. My favorite place to get some spice. 🌶️

My husband and I went for our anniversary the staff was very sweet and the food was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our evening. Highly recommend them.

I REALLY want to like this place. The wait staff was courteous and proficient. The ingredients seemed to be fresh and we didn't have to wait long for food. The problem is that the food is lacking for what you pay. A $14 pizza that has shrimp as a centerpiece should have more than 3 diced shrimp on it. A chicken wrap should have more than at best guess 2 oz. of chicken. There's nothing wrong with pride in your product but the prices are simply too high for what you get. Two to three dollars less per entree would be a little more in line with similar fare, but they need to simply either charge less or provide more for the price. I can say the quantity of the side I ordered was impressive, but it seemed to be designed to distract from the lacking nature of the main item. $50 for two to eat a small underdressed pizza and a small deli wrap, even with a beer for each is simply excessive, regardless of inflationary rates. I'd recommend the restaurants across the street, the Wooden Nickel, or La Place instead. The price out the door is often similar, but the food is much better and the experiences are much more satisfying.

Best chips and salsa in North Carolina. Also warm, thicker than most and home made salsa that I have purchased to bring home . Fast and friendly service!

Love this joint. The burritos are huge and great value, but their fish tacos are the best.

Best BBQ I've ever had and I'm a fat dude who loves to eat. Never had to wait long and their wait staff is outstanding. It's honestly my family's favorite place to go eat.

Don’t expect great service but if you get carry out it’s usually ready within 15 minutes. It’s one of the best places to get pizza, if you’re in a group this place is for you. They have much larger pies than radius

Hands down my favorite fried chicken. Plenty of sides to choose from, all are delicious. Haven't tried the other entrees because the chicken is that delicious!

Fabulous hidden gem in Hillsborough, NC. Do not judge this book by its cover! The food at Village Diner is beyond good, maybe more than great, and totally worth a few visits. I have had the pleasure of trying lunch twice, dinner, and breakfast and have yet to be disappointed. There are a few things to consider, however. Despite the name and appearance this is not a diner in the traditional sense. This place serves updated takes on southern cuisine classics. The menu is small and that is appropriate for a restaurant that focuses on quality rather than quantity. The prices are higher than a traditional diner but so is the quality. Remember, with food you tend to get what you pay for. Quality ingredients and skill tend to require a higher cost. If you want a more traditional diner experience this is not the place for you. If you want a refreshing take on southern classics and understand that you pay more for quality food, this is the place for you.

What I noticed was how clean it was and how fresh everything looked behind the counter even though it was late in the afternoon

Place is very awesome ...has a night life section.. kinda friendly.. I know Spanish and over heard a waiter talking about someone in spanish ..but u know.. it is what it is
