Metro roofing had a pro team installing house flat roof approx 8 years ago; i contacted owner recently when noticed some water coming over flat roof. Tony an owner, drove by my house to check out the problem during a rainfall; he contacted me that the repair will be done as soon as there was dry weather. The team showed up last week, repaired, and Voila! Problem solved! The roof was "tested" by the enormous rain/hail storm we had yesterday. They honoured their warranty; Metro roofing inc.(Ajax) attitude and workmanship is professional as i expected it would be.

When I told them that they were violating city noise bylaws - the response I got was "not to worry my pretty little head" about it and "sweetheart you dont know anything about the bylaws". If you hire this company they will make your neighbors insane.

It was thus a very pleasant surprise when Mr. Roof Repair responded promptly and well to our request for a quote on what turned out to be a long standing leak in our roof. I had a raccoon tear up some shingles on my roof. I called several roofing companies and this one was the most reasonably priced. I've used them more than once now and they always respond quickly, have great customer service and they do very good work. Jason Hunter in particular was very helpful. I asked for repairs to be done the same day and they were here within a couple hours, despite being busy with other jobs.

The associate estimator came to my house half an hour earlier than was scheduled - 7:30 am instead of 8 am. He didn't check the leak on my roof. It was too cold for him to get up on my roof and check it. Instead, he wasted 40 minutes of my morning time on talking about his 20 years experience in the roofing business and that he knows better. He gave me $2,100 + HST estimation for fixing my problem.
I fixed it with some other company for $350 and got a 1-year warranty.
