They did an awesome job putting down a low slope EPDM rubber roof several years ago. They cleaned up all of their mess, too! The roof has yet to need repairs of any kind. Unfortunately someone cut large swaths in the roof with some kind of knife, literally right down to the wood several layers beneath. So I am calling them to come back and redo the damaged roof so it looks like new. Right now I have had horrendous leaks for many months into my garage, and several beams are soaking wet.

Je les ai finalement payés malgré tout : toujours aucun rapport "all is good sir, all is good". J'ai même tipé 50$ pour le staff qui est venu chercher son argent parce que gentiment ils ont accepté de faire une dernière vérification. Et malgré toute leur grande expertise, mon toit coule encore l'hiver suivant. Je rappelle : "we don't want to come to your place anymore". Le patron ne parle qu'en anglais, pas toujours simple pour les termes techniques. Le staff est par contre absolument professionnel et gentil.

Je vous recommande fortement cette entreprise.

Service hors pair, délais respectés. Le nettoyage du chantier très bien fait. Un vrai travail de pros. Je les recommande à tous mes amis.

Bannister Custom Exteriors replaced my roof in a timely manner, did a great job and the jobsite was always cleaned up every day. I highly recommend them.

Had a scheduled appointment on Sept 11 for my roof to be done. Today is Oct 11, and still waiting.

These guys did a great job; my home looks fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

Roof was done in 2008. Last year lots of rot found because of incorrect installation. Flashing not applied where needed. Now having some leaks. The roof should last a lot longer than 8 years and not cost me approximately $20 thousand in repairs.

They did a good job putting a knee wall in and insulat/vapor barrier it. However their outside vinyl siding job was disappointing. They had one large seam from where they cut the siding going from the soffit down to my foundation. Now if you dont mind having a relatively cheap job and not worried how it looks then this would be the place. Also their customer service could be improved. From the girls answering the phones to the quoting and follow up. When I had this issue with the siding they were slow to get back to me and failed to aliviate the concern I had. Also their excuse for why it wasn't done properly was garbage. Finally. Waited a good 7 weeks between booking the job and actually having it done. Took them from 9 till 1230. Seems like I waited a long time for a 3.5 hr job.

Where I work has used these guys alot, and we have found that their work has been excellent. The owners are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend them.
