I returned two items to Adidas.ca and got an email confirming that they had autorized the refund for the items I returned. When after 2 months i still didn't receive the refund, I contacted Adidas.ca. They said that they would need to investigate what happened because they had no record of receiving one of the items. 10 days later, no response from them. I didn't even get a refund for the one item they said they had received. I am so dissapointed with the customer service and that I need to be following up on the refund I was supposed to receive 2 months ago. I honestly cannot believe that a reputable company would treat a customer like this. I have shopped at Adidas Canada for years and love your products but this is a huge let-down. I hope someone from Adidas contacts me and I get money back from the items I returned.

Great place for kids to play and practice. Now that the bubble is gone there are no worries!
