Paid for a large amount of work, tom proceeded to get drunk and make several mistakes on my tattok , when it was brought to his attention he became quite rude and refused to fix it. He is a talented artist if you can keep him from being a drunk.

Bad service and can't answer calls or even take there job seriously honest waste of time trying to do anything with these guys

Got my Daith today by Justin. It went amazing as usual. I have been coming to him for over 4 years now and followed him to his new shop. He’s done my belly button, nose, industrial, tragus, septum and now Daith and they have all been almost painless and healed so fast. He’s patient and so calming and amazing at what he does. I’ll only ever go to him and his new shop is so nice. I will be coming to get my first tattoo here to.

Defiance Body Studio is the only place I will go to get pierced. Kim is amazingly professional while also being considerate and friendly. Not once did I feel rushed, pressured, or worried. They have a large selection of quality jewelry at reasonable prices. Overall a wonderful place with a gem of a piercing artist.

Got a couple piercings done here and the service was clean and professional, affordable, and very pleasant. I will definitely be coming back, love the staff here!

Got my ears pierced here initially by Chuck years ago the day of my senior prom and it went great! Months later, they closed up when I wimped out and couldn't go through with changing the earrings, so fast-forward a few years: I went to get my ears repierced at a shop in Tacoma on their Friday the 13th $20 piercing sale - such a mistake! They used a standard size for all earrings and the earring in my right ear ended up being too short and actually eating into my ear. It was painful to the touch and I was worried about it getting infected, so I went back to PH. Jeremy (I think) was truly amazing!! I explained the situation to him while he was looking at it, and asked him if it would be painful to remove. He then showed my the earring which he had somehow already removed?? I was so impressed, as I felt literally NO pain. I'm getting a tattoo soon and am definitely planning on coming here. Everything is super clean, the staff is courteous, and you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. 10/10 would come again

Matt is an amazing tattoo artist specializing in cover ups and religion tattoos. Very ocd which is good. Ultra friendly and practices proper sanitation. He’s very thorough and good at what he does. He’s definitely a gem in the heart of Langley. I highly recommend him
