Best tattoo shop around. I drive over 40 minutes to see Justin and his family owned shop. Extremely great work with amazing prices. Been going here for years and will never go anywhere else.

I had a cover up I wanted done, and was impressed with the quality of Barb's work and the time she spent with me initially to review what I wanted. I should have realized it was going to be bad when I got there and the artwork was not done, and she was going to do it in a different colour (also left me waiting for well over an hour). I asked for it in the original colour, she agreed, but felt it should be darker then as the other tattoo would show through (why she didn't pick up on it the first time I don't know). When all was done, I was left with a pretty flower, but it had a big dark mark on it that was supposed to be a petal. It was on the back of my neck, and ever since I won't wear my hair up. I am finally able to budget in tattoo removal, and will be starting the process soon, and starting over. Do NOT go for cover ups, and if you get any inkling it won't be what you want LEAVE.

My tattoo "artist" was Jim. I am 17 now, but was 16 when I got the tattoos as it was December of 2019. The reason I didn't upload a review until now is because me and mother have been trying to get a refund, but nobody would get us in contact with the managers no matter how many times we came in. My mom meant to schedule at True Love Tattoo but called here by mistake and considering the pictures and the 4.4 star review, we decided that it'd probably be just as good. My tattoos weren't even a little bit good. The writing was shaky, the ink was barely there in some places and when I asked him if he was going to fix things, or expressed my concern at how horrible it was, he would press harder with the needle thing causing me pain while telling me angrily that it was "his art". He refused to refund us and told me to come back for touch ups in 2 weeks if I had an issue, which I obviously wasn't going to allow him to go anywhere nea

Took the Online smp training program with the two day in-class live model training a two months ago. Can I tell you that I've already completed 5 clients and made all my money back from the course and I'm on my second order of needles and pigment. I was microblading for 2 years, and it was brutal compared to this treatment. No one complains about SMP because they are so happy with the results. I didn't believe Tino when he told me that, but I totally get it. With eyebrows and eyeliner, there is just too much work based on symmetry and being totally exact, and basically instrumental. The pigments for brows change colour constantly, and women seem to always complain during the healing process, and then they are happy, most of the time. With SMP, the clients are happy because they've probably lived with this for years, tried everything on the shelf and on TV, and this is such a simple solution that only needs yearly touchups to upkeep, and no scars and really no pain involved. Glad I got in with Tino before he blows up. My goal is to be booked at least 3 months ahead. Thanks for all the advise Tino.
