Absolutely gorgeous theater. Well kept. Lines were fast & staff works efficiently but friendly to get you seated properly. I attended the Beach House show and the sound was impeccable! Would definitely attend a show here again. Recommend taking the train because the parking situation seems obsolete/pricey.

First time since the renovation and the theater looks fantastic and the staff incredibly courteous. Nice for a couples date night or a family night. Clean.

Nice small theater. Good sound. Chairs okay. Didn't seem to have a bad seat for viewing.

Classy movie theatre. Fabulous sound, wonderful clarity of the film. Comfortable seats. Super clean, well staffed multiplex theater. Hidden on the 4th floor in a mall where all other restaurants and stores have better signage. It is worth the trouble to find this hidden gem of the ArcLight movie theatre. Difficult to find parking. Difficult to find movie theatre.

Great theatre, reasonable ticket prices. Of the three plays i have seen there, two were amazing plays and the other was good. Right off the red line, so super easy to go to.

My FAVORITE Chicago theater. This historic place had a massive renovation to update everything while preserving the art deco style. My wife and I would regularly travel 45 minute on the train from downtown just to go here. They don't have show times on the major sites like Fandango, but their site is easy to use. Staff is friendly too. We bought tickets online and changed our mind on the way to switch to another show around the same time. Even though the policy is "no substitutions" they were able to switch it for us at the counter. The snacks are good and they even serve beer at the concession stand. Go early and grab a meal at the Carbon Arch restaurant that is part of the same establishment. The burger is great.

We went to see Mr. Rogers neighborhood. Cashier was very nice. Theatre is very comfortable . Every seat has a small table attached so if you have food or drinks you have a place to put everything. If you order food they will bring it to your seat. You can also have beer or wine. Have been there many times. Love it. Free parking in back of theatre.

Cameo Theater is an out-standing movie theater! The cinemas/theaters are always air-conditioned, which is a score for me in hot weather. I've visited there once with a friend to see Black Panther for a 2nd time right after a storm had hit, and no power or lights went out. It may be a small theater, but it's service and staff are legendary!💫

Great seats! Friendly service employees. MUCH BETTER, than other nearby theaters.
