Never received check in instructions email. Called and left a message on check in day. They did call back till next day. Very hard to get in touch with.

We were so happy to have Brittany be our photographer for our elopement. She was more than willing to work with us on time of day (super early in the morning in our case) and location so that we could have the exact photo shoot we were looking for. She knew all sorts of awesome spots to take pictures that all came out absolutely stunning. Highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a photographer!

Friendly staff, huge hotel and spacious rooms. They have lots of parking as well. If you’re a guest at the hotel then breakfast buffet is $7 per person I believe and if you’re not staying with them then $13 per person. Decent choices and food was fresh + hot.

Saw Buffy Sainte-Marie in concert at the Canmore Folk Festival on August 5th. Great performance - she can really rock it at 77 years old. Nice venue with a view of the mountains in all directions in Centennial Park.

A wonderful place to stay! The rooms are great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Plus, they lend you bear spray at the front desk which was awesome!

Take our kids there all the time. Close to the downtown and ice cream shops...great playground...all good

Knowledgeable, friendly service with no up-selling. Delivery was fast and on time and the person who assembled my barbecue was methodical, careful - and cleaned up! Recommended highly!

This so called service is disgusting. For the 3rd year in a row, there is a software glitch (with H&R online), and all they can say is you have to upgrade (pay) to get assistance. DO not use these people. they dont give a damn about anything.

In these pictures in the white jersey, was my very 1st time up here and I was in for a shock of a life time!! These mountains have a special attraction,and leave you speechless.

The Banff Gondola at Sulphur mountain is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful overview of the mountain range. Take the trail off the center and walk the 3 mile to and from the Observation Tower. There are several places where you can get this view but this will provide you the easiest way to get to the view without having to hike up the mountain. Sit on the massive throne chair and be forewarned; there are plenty of travelers nearby. Visit sky bistro and stay until sunset for the truly breathtaking views.

We've never been to a hot springs before. This one looks exactly like a swimming pool. We went in the morning around 10am and there was no wait. They charge $1.90 for towel rental. Changing room was clean and they have showers inside. Water was 40 degree Celsius. The sulphur smell wasn't strong. They have a life guard on duty.

One of the best spas I’ve visited. The mineral pools and steam room were amazing, and the services (mani/pedi) were great as well. It’s worth the money to visit this spa.

Food was good very good. Pretty expensive for what you get, in my opinion. View wasn't the best the day we went. Overall would recommend if the weather is nice and you have some cool views

Quaint small town theatre. Screens aren't big-city Cineplex size, but still generous. Different special each day of the week. On Monday, all movies are 2D only, but we got admission, medium popcorn and medium drink for $20. Nice way to chill out for an evening.
