I was not aware that we had a cupcake place in Coquitlam. What a wonderful surprise! The cupcakes were nothing less than delicious and the staff were so attentive.

Slow service, but the server who helped me was very nice and friendly. The food was pretty good better than some other kfc I have been to. I will say the inside needs to be renovated and it took a bit longer than I am used too to get the food

It depends who is helping you I was there last week to buy two iPhone.had to wait at least 15 to 20 minuets in the queue to get a sale man .the salesman (Brandon) was very helpful and know his work very well and explain me all the details I need to know on the phone I am getting.he help me till the end ,transfer all the contacts details to the new iPhones . Line ups are always a problem. I feel like a criminal with the new camera system they've installed on the self-checkouts. Staff are not helpful. I needed someone called for Sensodyne Toothpaste, because they keep it locked up (because that makes sense). Nobody came for at least 15 minutes even after we called multiple times and had another staff go get someone, and we ended up leaving and getting it from somewhere else. Another example of bad service: the cashier we used didn't even acknowledge us because she was talking to another cashier. She totally ignored us for a good couple minutes until they finished their conversation. Then finally she turned to us and started ringing in our order, but didn't greet us or even read off our total. We paid and she just handed our receipt without a word and started scanning the next customers orders. Very rude.

Manager is awesome, smart! Comparing to Langley, surrey, Coquitlam best buy! Workers, not so much, but hey if manager is smart, you can just ask for her, no one would understand and was able to help us get the 65 OLED LG with all policy for return, she was very cooperative!

My mom and I have been going to the place for about a year now. I don't know about other masseurs or masseuses at this place, but we always ask for Mila (We want the same masseuse, so we never go there together lol). She is very good with acupressure massage, but some might find her painful (I am used to a deep tissue / acupressure massage, but someone who is not used to that might find it hurtful for first couple times). If you buy a package (10 coupons) and you get one coupon for free, so you will be paying for 10 sessions and get one session for FREE. I don't have a car till end of July, so it's mostly my mom who goes there these days. I will definitely go back in August! :) * Yes, Mila is not fluent in English, but it is okay with me. I just point out where I want to get massaged on, and she does a good job :)))

Pizza took forever to get here. Once it did it was cold. Delivery guy couldn’t answer a thing I asked. If you’re gonna show the customer when the pizza left for delivery make sure it’s delivered at a reasonable time. Nobody likes half cold pizza Jack. Edit : After looking up other reviews I’m shocked the owner doesn’t respond to any of these. Clearly shows how much he cares.

Every experience I've had here thus far has been great. Friendly service, reasonable prices, and amazing pizza. My husband said that their gluten free crust is the best he's found thus far.
