Worst Towing Company I have ever dealt with! I hired Kelly's Towing to do a job for one of my clients. Once the job was completed Jason the owner of this company called me for payment via credit card as we had previously arranged. When I placed him on a brief hold to get the correct party authorized to pay the bill he advised that was going to cost me and the bill went up $15. From there he proceeded to yell at me and demand payment. When I was trying to resolve the issue and explain that I am not the person who deals with the payment and all I needed to do was get that person, he yelled again and threatened to charge my client and hung up on me. My supervisor then called him back with credit card in hand to make the payment the bill had gone up again! He proceeded to yell and hang up on her 2 times. My client eventually paid him as he was threatening my client and would not calm down. My client paid the amount requested in order to get rid of him. The additional charges after the job had been completed ended up being an extra $60. This company had the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! It was very obvious he makes his money bullying people into paying too much. I would never ever hire this company again, even if I was stranded on the side of the highway in -40 with no heat. I would rather freeze to death than deal with this company again. I strongly suggest NEVER dealing with this bully of a towing company!!!

These guys are thiefs...Very very expensive, unprofessional. Go to Moncton at speedy auto service and you will find it much better

Called about getting my batter boosted as I live in Manitoba and had a dead battery. Owner was EXTREMLY rude over the phone and chastized me for calling on a Sunday (his posted hours said he was open for business). I would not give this guy my business if he was the only tow truck for 1000 miles.

My experience with Terry and this garage is over 10 years. In that period of time he has serviced 3 different cars, helped us out innumberable times with various issues, and sold us a car. We have always found their service to be OUTSTANDING and their fees reasonable.

Arrogantly Refused to rent a trailer to one of our customers after the owner learned that a motorcycle would be going in it. Big whoop Your loss, we'll send our customers to Sackville.

Great service, we broke down in Amherst and they were there to pick us up within 15 minutes and towed us to Moncton! By far the best rate between all the different tow companies we called. Highly recommend!
