We can’t be more pleased with the service and exceptional customer service we received from Billy and his wife Theresa regarding the tow of our 42’ 5th wheel toy hauler on July 2nd (Holiday) for CAA. We were stranded on the highway for hours (looking for big heavy duty towers) but then Mahars came, hooked onto our camper and towed it from Sprinhill to the Truro campground. Bought a car for parts and needed to have it towed from Northland to Independence - quick and excellent service, even helped jump start the car to move it, and extremely reasonable rates. My cars serpentine belt broke on the highway going through Kansas City Missouri. I called Triple A, they sent Gregory with Penn's Towing Service. He was incredible, the first Napa station he took me to couldn't see me until Monday, my car broke down on Thursday. So Gregory took me someplace he personally recommended Mike's, and Mike's had me back on the road by 11 a.m. on Friday morning. He saved me, I was so grateful.
