Good guys,towed vehicle away and had a good battery I could buy cheap. I'll be getting in touch with them for all my towing needs from now on.

Really enjoyed the services I received there. Dealing with some major car issues forcing me to shop around, I had gotten into an accident which left me vehicaless for a period of time. I was on my way to check out a few trucks and test drive them when it happened and Kyle offered us the keys to one of the models for a few days as we got things sorted out and were ready to really purchase a vehical. His and the dealerships flexibility and helpfulness stuck with me and was the final push I needed to make my purchase.

Very unprofessional, rookie driver. Driver showed up complaining they had multiple calls, and was suggested by boss to try and have me find a local mechanic instead of using my own in Burnaby, so he could tend to more calls. I refused to take my car to someone else. Driver Cole M driver, stated he had been working through the night, yet shows up at 11:10 am. This is a very unsafe work protocol! Driver proceeded to get in his truck after hooking the car up, with extensive tension on the tires. I called to him to say he needed the key, gave him the key, and he left. Car arrived at my mechanics, driver Cole told mechanic there was no key. Lying through his teeth, just to screw me the customer. Called and spoke with receptionist, then boss Jason who refused to help in any way. Called BCAA, because of the way I've been treated by Aggressive Towing owner and staff. BCAA is covering the $120.00 to have a new key and program it for the mechanic to actually be able to fix my car. These guys from drivers to the boss are rude, unprofessional and only care about how many calls they can fill. They care nothing for their customers who pay for membership, and in turn get paid by our membership providers. All crooks, and the people of the Fraser Valley deserve better service, and to get better service, respect and honesty, it would be in everyone's best interest to use a different towing company.

Was driving home and the flat bed tow truck driver with a full 1 tonne truck strapped on was swerving all over and then was driving in the wrong lane (oncoming traffic) for 500+M until we aggressively honked to get his attention since other cars were coming straight at him. Obviously the driver was very distracted. We called the company to report the driver and they did not GAF. Operator did not even apologize just said "ok we will look into it". Do not drive beside these guys if you can help it.

Mike was so kind and made sure I was safe right away. He was careful to call me when he was on his way and was so professional. Breaking down with my Bug on Larson Hill was really stressful but Mike just took care of everything and got me and my car back to Kamloops. Thank you so much.

I call them about a tow for my motorhome and they quoted me a ridiculous , I called Reliable Auto Towing and they were very efficient and charged me $80 flat Yeah Reliable....

Heads up to one of your drivers today, young lady had locked her keys in her car. He happened to be driving by, stopped and helped her out . Kudos to him.

just so you know. your address listed by Google is wrong. 2217 Windsor St is a residence, and Google still lists the old address as the place of your business. You might want to look into that.

Horribly rude, not helpful at all, got the run around, was reprimanded, was treated like a two year old, they are very unorganized and not friendly at all
