I've used Robbins before I had CAA coverage never had a problem today Monday June 25 ---about 10am a Robbins flatbed going over skyway-Niagara bound was driving like a lunatic cutting people off-tailgating drove right up behind me(inches away) in far right lane---bridge was very busy and pretty slow then swerved into middle--tailgating a blue minivan from the usa I passed them both as the minivan was surely slowing down to get the flat bed driver(hat--black mustache/goatee---glasses) to back off they then pulled into the right lane to let him pass(not before he tried to swerve into my lane-nearly hitting me) and he pulled right in behind them---tailgating all the way until they got off at the mall and then he drove almost like other people's lives mattered until he got off on mountain road you may want to talk to him---not a great advertisement for a business that I've used and had no issues with

They tried to charge us $90 when he knows that that it is 4wd and he said he is only going to hook the front wheel

Wow! My car died just after I descended the Burlington skyway. David saw me sitting at the side of the highway and stopped to see if I was okay. He then towed my car and gave me a lift to my garage. He said this was “ his good deed for the day’”. What a kind and generous gesture. Thank you David! You helped reaffirm my belief in the goodness of others and kindness of strangers. I highly recommend David and his services.

I am so upset with this company that I had to use another one of my gmail accounts to give it such a negative review because I got robbed from this company I will make sure that this company get blasted for treating anyone like this. Horrible and please do not use this company for anything. I ll be posting lots on facebook

Dealt with Regional Towing today when I found myself locked out of my car. The girl who answered was friendly and pleasant. The driver who unlocked my car did so quickly and carefully. The fee was very fair for this service. I would highly recommend Regional Towing. Thanks Joe and team!

Yes we did have a lot of damage, but that’s not the customers fault. Trailer had been in twice already for awning issues. Just glad my kids weren’t under it at the time. I’ve had to try and chase answers down since the appointment it was book for August 13, and still haven’t even started repairs. Beyond frustrated with this situation. Ruined my kids summer having to cancel trips. Just want it fixed to make memories for my kids. All they care about is pushing units out the door. Great experience with our sales rep. Bought new to avoid other people’s issues. Sicard has had the trailer more then we have been able to use it. Currently had the trailer for three weeks with a a defect that should be covered under warranty. They haven’t even ordered the parts to fix it. They also can’t even tell me when it will be started. Two years in a row they have had the trailer more then us. Had to brake my kids hearts when canceling the last few trips. Which I lost also lost a lot of money on and Sicard doesn’t care at all. Do not buy here. I know things happen that they can’t control, but they are not willing to help at all. Shouldn’t have to chase them down for answers.
