Towing

Have been bringing my vehicles to this garage for a few years now and have had pretty good service until recently. I had my exhaust repaired in January, had to bring the vehicle back in February to have the repair, repaired!! Then just recently had to have the entire exhaust replaced due to it apparently being completely rusted out. As you can imagine this irked me as I paid twice for the same item that they worked on three times!! I have decided to stop going to this garage because of my customer service experience when dealing with this most recent issue as they graciously discounted a $400 job a whopping $20. The claimed that their motive was to save me $$ but it ended up costing me more in the end so why charge me full price?! Make your own decisions as they had been quite good to me up to this point but personally, I'm done!

Given how impossible it seems to find trustworthy mechanics nowadays, I consider myself lucky to have found R & R Automotive. Another shop (local) gave me an over $800 quote on multiple "serious problems" which "need to be fixed right away." I took my car to R & R to get a second opinion and they said that there was nothing wrong with it, that those "problems" were nothing to worry about and I didn't have to fix anything. The manager could have charged me less and went ahead with the work, but here they do not take advantage. This is the kind of garage a costumer stays with. I have since brought my car in to have other things checked (it's s 2002 so bound to have problems) and, again, they checked my tires, ensured me it was safe and not in need of any investment. After some experiences I've had with shops, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received from R & R.

The BEST. There's a stigma about Towing companies... But once you deal with this company you will wonder why. Total professionalism. Fair and courteous, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Adolph's!

Very friendly . Worked with me to make sure I got my car back .. I have been towed by star towing in Monroe 2 times ... WAY nicer and better prices ... Go to Rockwood towing !!!

Your driver shouldn't be doing 75mph in a 55mph zone. Then proceed to give me a finger when passing me. Will never use this company!

Blew a tire on my way home on my 32 camper . I had no way to jack up camper and change tire called bridgeport and they said it would be 20 min 15 min later erik showed up and 20 min later we were on the road again . Cant say enough good awesome service thx for your help.😁

Martin's has always been great to me. Need to get new tires put on, stop in. Most likely they can fit you in right then or if not, the next day. I tried to call TJ Toyota and it wasn't for 5 days I could get it done. And I needed the new tires for the bad weather. It's an old timey garage and not great furniture to wait for your car. But it gets it done faster than elsewhere.

Best service, trustworthy, and really fair prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else unless I absolutely had to.

I called and they were super responsive and had someone out when they said the driver would. The drivers name was Dennis and he was amazing. Very professional. I also am a local business owner and I would say I was lucky to have Dennis service me getting a truck out of the ditch. Now I know who I am calling anytime I need a tow again and I will request Dennis. Again great job Dennis you were great!
