Pet's are nice to have

I would like to thank the staff for thier professional service when booking my trip to Panama. Unfortunately the trip had to be cancelled. The staff handled​ the cancellation of the trip with just as much cocern as they did the original travel plans. I would highly recommend the service of this travel agency. We traveled from Rochester, NY to Watertown, NY to ride the Clarence Henry Coach bus leaving from Watertown in order to attend a Yankee game in NY City with family. Our intention with this trip was to be able to enjoy the game and trip with our family. To our surprise our requests to be together were not obliged. While at the game we did not even sit close to our family members and the views from our seats were obstructed. We couldn't watch the plays going on at the game and a big yellow pole didn't allow us to see the entire score board. It was difficult to even watch the batters when they went up to the plate. Around the sixth inning people started to leave the game and it became easier to watch the game. Before the day of the trip We left other messages on their phone recorder and an email to ask basic traveling questions and no one got back to us. While we were at the game we could see the driver down closer to the infield at more desirable seat locations. The driver that we had, though, was very personable and was very considerate of us during the trip. The next time I go to NY City for a game I will go back to choosing our own seats and arranging our own trip accommodations.

The only way into the park on this end, does what it is supposed to. Sense of humour in the staff would be an improvement though.

This is a great way to learn about the Island. They have a lecture series every summer, and there is a different highlighted display, too. This summer they are featuring the people of Harsens Island and St. Clair Flats, with extensive genealogical research on display. Good for all ages.

Perfect for a nice cozy trip at a cottage.

Fun. Fairly clear and nice Sandy bottom. Not too crowded and nice friendly boaters.

Waited around, no one showed.
