Island Escapades is a great little spot. I didn’t try it but they provide kayaking lessons. They also sell clothing and skater gear. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the shop is really well stocked. The products they have are interesting and reasonably priced. I would definitely Island Escapades.

We enjoyed a midday whale watching tour last week. It was fabulous! We were on the water for over 4 hours and definitely got our money's worth. The whales were extremely active that day. Blair, our captain was so knowledgeable. His genuine enthusiasm and passion for his work made our adventure the best it could be.

I took several SUP yoga classes here and although the actual classes were awesome, the owners are disorganized and there were several booking issues over the summer. I showed up one night only to find the class had started a half hour early and no one had informed me.

Nice little locally owned agency. Had the pleasure of dealing with Karen on my first trip in, but have since spoken with both Cathy and Lisa and both are friendly and full of info! Highly recommend this full service agency and to avoid their competitor down the road (Flight Center) . I look forward to working with these lovely and professional ladies for years to come on all my families trips.

We were very fortunate to work with Colleen at Departures Travel for a family holiday to Mexico. Colleen worked with us to find the perfect location that gave the my husband and I the quiet we needed and enough activities to keep our grown children enthused. The details of having us travel from Victoria and our kids from Toronto, right down to the seat placement on the airplane and room location at the hotel was perfect. We appreciated the follow up upon our return to ensure the holiday met our needs. We look forward to working with Colleen again!!

Whatever my needs Dave Spaven is always able and willing to help; I really appreciate his continuous upbeat personality and assistance, even sometimes with short notice.

Terrible Customer Service. We were booking 7 day vacation at Honolulu, Hawaii including flight and accommodations through this agency for the party of four. When the match was found we have paid a $1000 deposit plus additional $56 in agency fees. Agent failed to mention to us about "optional 24 hrs hold", which is industry standard practice. She also failed to articulate to us that the deposit is irrevocable. Within 24 hours we found a better deal via online service provider for identical package including air carrier, hotel, room type and dates. The agent was informed, but refused to renegotiate the price. The price difference is $548.76 CAD, including agency fees, or $137.19 CAD per person. The agency manager was contacted and she redirected our concern to the regional manager. Upon my conversation over the phone we have learned that the agency is not willing to adjust the price or to return the deposit. We found this treatment unfair and violating our rights as customers. The customer service practices by Transat Travel personnel and management are below any reasonable expectations.

Having travelled for several years on numerous cruises, my wife and I depend totally upon about the stress-free element you can rely on with Times Square Travel. Ian and his staff provide a trustworthy, reliable, square deal experience. By far, the finest travel agent we have ever experienced.,,,and hopefully, we have many more miles to travel 'together'.
