I want to commend the amazing job that Brad (owner), Mike (Instructor) and the rest of the team at Float'N'Flag did as they were so knowledgeable, professional, and experienced to prepare me to dive! Coming in this experience, I had no scuba knowledge to begin with but I was equipped to succeed in my first few open water dives. They were very diligent with ensuring one-on-one attention, to ensure comprehension of all required competencies were completed to the appropriate demonstrations. I trusted (and will continue to trust) them to lead me in any form of dive with my life, as they ensure safety is of the utmost priority. They facilitated such an enjoyable and first-class experience, that I can only express my wholehearted gratitude to the team for such an amazing job, compassion and experience laying the foundation for me as a new diver. Thanks Brad, Mike, and the rest of the Float'N'Flag (Burlington, Ontario, Canada) crew! You need to drive to Burlington to get trained by this team,

The lady is nice, that's the only good thing I can say for this company. Had to remind them for every detail on payments or my friend had to contact us to warn us of due dates. Hours are a joke, no service qualities what so ever. We required immediate help for traveling to Dominican and we supplied the number for the general commerce of VENEZUELA. Do it yourself, a million less headaches then they create.

Noone Answers The Phones At 9 Am In The Am

Very disappointed! Our family have dealt with Lindsay Adler for many years and have always been tremendously satisfied, she is great! Went in three weeks ago and she was not available so dealt with Melissa. Asked for help in getting a package to New York City. She assured us she would make it top priority because we were on a short time frame. Needless to say, we are still waiting for any sort of response! No phone call or email at all, so I would hate to see how long it would take if it wasn't urgent!

Although we had a group of 10 wanting to fly to Punta Cana during Christmas. The agent appeared disinterested and more concerned about leaving for the night. We left our name and number and never heard back from her.

Prior to visiting the store we called the main customer service # to make sure we had all the necessary details as we would be paying using a foreign credit card, upon arrival we ended up taking to the most unpleasant unprofessional agent, who had little or no knowledge of the process, and was very rude when we continued to tell her the agent we had talked to earlier had provided directions on Visa to Cuba and other requirements. She was not willing to look into anything and keep coming up with excuses when she was not able to answer our questions, and even said one at a time in an angry voice. She was not interested in earning our business so we walked out and called Itravel2000, where the agent proceeded with all the booking and made an appointment for us to go in and provide ID to complete the purchase. You would think that front facing businesses would welcome walk in clients? Not the case with this location. It's obvious that they don't want any new business if they hire such unprofessional individuals.
