Travel Agency

I had a travel credit with Air Canada Vacations that had no expiry date. Heather took it upon herself to process my credit for a refund without asking me back in April, 2021. I have not received any credit from ACV. I have reached out to Heather via telephone messages as well as e-mails asking her to please contact me regarding this matter. She has failed to respond. As she is a manager in the Selloff Vacation corporation I would expect her to at least make contact and inform me as to what is going on. I am very disappointed and have been a long time client of Selloff Vacations. Ignoring customers is not the way to conduct business.

Not impressed with the service from this travel agency. I was booked a flight by Sarah from Geneva back to Toronto, with a connecting flight to Newark. This was done knowing that I had a Chinese passport and couldn't enter the US airport without a visa. I was not aware of this and would have appreciated a travel agent telling me this. Because of this, I have spent more than 24 hours so far being delayed and travelling around Europe trying to find a way home.

Great way to learn about agriculture and where your food comes from.

This is my fourth vacation I have booked with Catharine. I have recommended her to all my friends and family...dealing with her is always a pleasure...she goes above and beyond always!!

With each trip we have been able to maintain everything we enjoy and improve on the things that we won't miss. They all understand everything that is important to us when planning our travel. It's great to be able travel with confidence. We save time making decisions and receive value each time we travel.

Beautiful little shop just outside the old town of Niagara on the Lake. Great selection of products and so much more than just lavender. We also go to the festival each year and it never disappoints. Nice to have a local shop with local products so close to home. The smell is amazing as soon as you walk in the door and the staff is so helpful and well educated on the type of products they have

Cottage #369 0n Chandos Lake, Apsley, is not a nice cottage. Spend your money on another cottage. This one is dirty and never gets checked between renters.

Booked our tour with Ian went well. However the day of our tour it rained we rescheduled for the following day it rained again. Ian said we couldn't fly in those conditions and said a refund would be issued. Which took a lot of correspondence and still haven't received nothing, it been months. Very poor customer service and rip offs gone with my money.
