Great experience

I left a review on their Facebook page but it was promptly removed - so I will post here where it cannot be. 13 of us decided to book with another travel agency instead of this one (prices were cheaper and the deposit was less) while the remaining 25’ish booked through here. Prices dropped and the 13 of us all got money back to the sum of $282.00 per adult. The other roughly 25 family members (24 adults) booking through here - did not. As monies for this particular trip were not due to the airline until the same time through either agency - means that $6768 would not have had to have been submitted to the airline, and should have been returned - where’s the money? Unfortunately, the young and naive were afraid to bring this up to you so stayed silent, and you’re ahead $6768 at minimum. On a side note, my wife posted on their Facebook page mentioning that my review was deleted. Now, they have contacted the group holders and asked them to request my wife remove the review. How about contacting my wife and discussing it with her directly? That would be the professional thing to do.
