Travel Agency

Great diving

Lots of choices

Went in late June early July 2016 looking for a last minute deal. Spoke with Melissa (Location Manager) and left particulars of what I was looking for along with my information. Time goes by and nothing, no email no phone call so I sent a couple of emails to Melissa to follow up, there's no reply. I was extremely disappointed with Melissa for not taking the one minute to send a replay, even to say "i was not able to find anything for you". I would like to think that a place of business that is located in a smaller town would be a bit more attentive to the residents but i guess I was mistaken with this place. I will never go there again and would never recommend it to anyone, in fact if asked i would strongly discourage anyone from doing any business with this place. Not even worth a one star.

I just wanted to share the extremely excellent service I have received from Erika Duddy. This was my first time ever booking a last minute holiday as well as my first time using a travel agent. This was very stressful for me and Erika did an amazing job of putting my mind at ease. After a short chat she was able to recommend places that suit my boyfriend and I to a t! In just a matter of a few days she had our two week trip completely booked. I recommend Erika Duddy to everyone!

good sevice especially Elena

unusual for novadays, like old days, when only travel agents could do your travel arrangements

Background of the problem: I was flying from Toronto to Bhopal on Oct 27, 2017 by Jet Airways and one day before my travel, got a text from JetAirways that my flight was cancelled. More over it was my brother's wedding. I started shaking, called the airline but no help, then called Gala Travels and I felt relieved and lucky that I have booked the ticket from them. I called one of their employee called Ms PAM KAPILA (now I have lot of respect for her and the company she works for). After listening to my problem, she immediately said, "Sir leave this problem to me and give me couple of minutes". And then I got call from her, giving me the options to fly. And she even entertained my meal request and put all my kids and wife in the same row. My brother who booked his ticket through different travel agency (same flight), gave him no clue, he was on his own until he discussed with me and my experience with GalaTravels. I call her services as amazing and I don't have words to express my gratitude and mental peace I got. I am going to recommend all of my family and friends to buy the tickets from them.

Laura is excellent. Helpful, friendly, and goes over and above expectations. Highly recommended

My experience with Nasrin of Caspian Travel & Tours has been wonderful. She is very friendly, nice and super efficient. She helped me to plan a complex itinerary with minimum stops and reasonable prices. Her cheerfulness and positive attitude always helps the customer feel at ease, energized and perhaps inspired! I would definitely recommend her.
