These guys photographed and filmed my wedding this past Sunday and I can't rave enough about their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. These guys rock!!! I always felt comfortable when something didn't go as plan they always came up with an alternative very quickly. Everyone at my wedding commented on how they could see them working hard to capture everything but stayed enough in the background so they weren't in your face. We loved these guys!! It's true, you get what you pay for and I'm so glad we chose these guys!! Thanks again!!

When it comes to weddings both the bride and groom have their priorities. To my husband, food was the main priority and for myself, photography/videography was the absolute most important aspect of my dream day. We live in Calgary and finding a photographer in London/St. Thomas was either by recommendation, word of mouth, or google. When I came across BeanBot (now known as Rebel Hearts Photo and Film), the first thing I noticed was their styles – they used natural light very well but were not afraid to try unique things. They played with black and white and were very good at getting the natural shots. When speaking with Eileen initially I got a really, really great vibe from her and the fact that they were a husband/wife duo who not only did photography but thrived in videography as well, really sealed the deal. Eileen and Randy are two very thoughtful people – they had sent us multiple little care packages leading up to our wedding – re-affirming how amazing they were as people. They made us feel like we were the only people they were working with that summer (which I definitely knew we weren’t) but that is how attentive they were to our suggestions, wants and needs. They were very organized and prepared both leading up to and especially on our wedding day. Randy, Eileen and their staff worked flawlessly and seamlessly together on our wedding day and made sure that we got every single photo that we had requested and were very flexible with time and venues ensuring that they photographed our most perfect day. To say that our photos were stunning and that our video was a tear-jerker, is quite the understatement. To this day, I cannot watch the video without shedding a tear – they were able to capture our entire day in 8 minutes and help us relive our fairy tale wedding in one short film and for that, we are forever grateful. They were very quick at sending out a sneak peek of both the photos as well as the video and only one month later, we had our entire album edited and ready for print and our complete 8-minute video done to perfection. Even after 11 months married, Eileen has continued to make sure that we are 100% happy with their work. I had requested a few minor edits on some photos and asked about missing photos and it was within the same day that Eileen had not only responded but also edited/added the photos requested. Another small yet important detail that Randy and Eileen did on our wedding day was put up an iPad on the bar at the reception showing us and our guests a sneak peek of some of the pictures that they had taken either at or after the ceremony – this was a very nice touch and made me even more excited to get all of our pictures back! All in all, to those looking for a photographer, videographer or both, look no further…. Randy and Eileen are your people and I know without a doubt, they will make your dreams come true as they certainly did for us!

We were beyond impressed with Matt's work during our engagement shoot and our wedding day. Matt is incredibly professional, easy going, and super flexible. He puts a very sincere effort in to capturing candid photos and uses the natural light beautifully, as well as his extremely close attention to detail of those small moments during our big day. Matt has a very creative eye, and ensures plenty of variety in all our photos. Our photos arrived shortly after the wedding day, and we couldn't love them more. We have received numerous compliments, and will cherish our photos forever!

Derek created an engagement video for my fiancé and I to play for our wedding guests and we were very impressed. Derek understood immediately what we were looking for and then planned several special touches that were beyond our creativity and imagination. Derek filmed with us on two separate days (rained out the first time) and put a significant amount of time and effort into getting everything "just so". It was easy to take direction and understand his vision for filming. The final product was of the highest quality and we know our guests will be impressed.
