I've hired and worked with Sarah of Photistica Photography on many occasions and it's always a pleasure to work alongside such a hard working artist who does an amazing job at Weddings and Corporate events. This is a photographer that goes the "extra mile" for her clients, highly recommended!

wish there were more parking space

I give this venue 5 stars based on a couple of different things. The staff here are fantastic, professional and organized and seem to genuinely care about you and your event. Although there is no longer food in house, you are free to bring in your own (which saves a lot of $$$) and the bar is very reasonably priced, so it's a win win situation in my opinion. The venue itself (banquet space) has recently been updated with fresh paint and it's a great little space (holds anywhere from 30 -100 people I'd say) to host private events, smaller weddings and fundraisers etc. It's also great that you can bring in your own music as well, or just an Iphone with a playlist and away you go! Easy Peasy! I would highly recommend this venue! After planning 2 events here, we'll be back! Thanks again Tami, Crystal (bartender extraordinaire) and Lyle...it's been a pleasure!

Need a great special event venue or an amazing wedding venue? The Pipe Shop at the Ship Yards is amazing. Its a superb mix of historic texture and modern venue conveniences. Located immediately adjacent to the popular Lonsdale Quay there is ample parking and easy access to all transit services.

Spacious, airy and comfortable venue for parties, events, conferences, dinners etc. The staff is friendly and efficient. Would gladly visit this banquet hall again in future.

Very helpful. Lots of information. Everything is Squamish is less costly than whistler.

Great service great food great people

I don't like heights, but I had a lot of fun here regardless. :) There is quite a bit to do! And you can do as little or as much as you want. We overall enjoyed the tram up (it was PACKED!). From there we did the lumberjack show, the Eye of the Wind (well, my husband did....I didn't! He said it was really hot inside, but was an awesome view), the ski lift (that freaked me out, but everyone else looked nice and calm), and we took so many great pictures. Definitely a beautiful view from the top!!

Beautiful venue!

The food was delicious - turkey moist & flavourful, roasted veggies and mashed potatoes fantastic! Staff kept commenting it was the best Christmas lunch they've had. We will definitely order from you again next year - thank you!

A decent place for small family functions
