Car went in for a tint, turned out great.

Just had my windshield replaced by Ziebart Petawawa! Totally impressed, excellent service and kind guys to interact with! Very pleased with the service and support I received! They went above and beyond!

Got a windshield made here, I loaded up my machine and drove it down there after calling and confirming when I got there they had all left for the day. They cut the window the wrong size and I had to take it back a second time the old woman who works the front desk is terribly ignorant to customers I wouldn't waste a dime in this poorly run little shop

Straight shooting no BS kinda guy, you can count on Dave to quote fairly and to do a professional job. If I ever need windshield work done again, I will go to Dave without hesitation.

They couldn't install a patio door properly. Apparently you have to pay for unfinished work when you ask them to fix their half *** job. Worst service ever. Absolutely do not recommend.

They did a good job installing my windshield, but absolutely blew up the customer service side of things when we discovered that they scratched our vehicle. Owner absolutely refused to accept responsibility, and argued that we couldn’t prove his staff did it. Not only that, but tried to compare the situation to damage while parking your vehicle at a mall, in a family member’s driveway, etc; without addressing that he had care and control of our vehicle when the damage occurred. Even tried to tell me that his parking lot was a public space until I reminded him that he had signs marking “authorized parking only.” Then his story changed that I would have to prove negligence on his part - which is also not true. In short, he was grasping at straws. Then he just reverted to challenging my integrity ... again, terrible customer service. Told me at one point to lawyer up, told us that he would get back to us and didn’t, told me that I should let the insurance companies fight it out ... nothing but excuses. Took my vehicle to a body shop who confirmed that the scratches were new, consistent with someone who was wearing something on their belt that scratched the vehicle. They said they’ve seen the same issue before ... no surprise here. We have warned our vehicle dealership, are contacting the better business bureau and will be spreading the word because again, no appropriate action taken by the owner.

Had my car washed and cleaned at Ziebart Smiths Falls yesterday and they did an excellent job. They cleaned all the carpets and they came out looking like new even though after the winter the carpets were extremely dirty. The outside of the vehicle was shining like new. The technician was very professional and pleasant. I would certainly recommend their service !!

I got an estimate over the phone but was not told exactly when he is coming to have a look. 3 days later he calls and tells me I didn't give him the complete address...rudely...but he had said he knew exactly where my place was. Mr. Know- it- all!!! But after telling him I hired someone who actually came to see my job right away...the guy swears at me and hangs up. Sorry to say I would never deal with this rude person. A real asshat!!!

I came here a few weeks ago; my rental had a small chip in it. I was greeted by Sylvain and he was extremely helpful. He gave me different options to go about getting my windshield repaired. Great service.
