I requested for a quote to replace three windows in my house in Port Alberni. Someone from this company took the measurements for 3 windows ; but unfortunately, nobody from this company contacted me with a quote even after two months. I called these people three times and reminded them about the works. Nothing happened. Very irresponsible team. I never recommend them.

I brought in my car to have some window tinting removed, Chris did a good job for a very reasonable price. The icing on the cake was when I said if they need my car for a few hours then I need to arrange transport to get to work, they immediately offered me a ride to work and a pickup afterwards, this they honored, really great service.

Not Happy with the service. Think person making screens is inexperienced. Wish I had went somewhere else. But don't know any other place in area. I am new to area. They want $50 to come measure. Did not use this service but had a trades man do it for me. They should do this as part of the cost.
As it turned the screens are not well done poor fit, tabs wrong side.

Russell did a great job cleaning the siding of the house, a challenging job due to the amount of algae that had accumulated! He cleaned the gutters inside and out too! He was prompt, professional and reliable. Highly recommend!
