This was our second time using Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. We were very pleased with our first time using them (they replaced 3 older doors in our home), that we wanted to use them again to update our 30 plus year old windows. Well I have to say Robert and his team have knocked another one out of the park. Workmanship of the windows is top notch, the extra money spent on the windows from Euro is money I feel well spent and the crew installing the windows were very professional. Their work was done with care and their cleanup was thorough. Unfortunately during the installation of the new windows a screen on a sliding door (which they had installed the previous year) was damaged. I was delighted after calling this concern in that they would send someone over to take the screen away for repair at no charge. The professional way this was handled was just icing on the cake, thanks again Robert and Team for a great job! Thanks Again! The Bisgoulds

Fantastic company to deal with. Very professional outfit from selecting windows, measuring and installation. Very pleased with our windows, front entranceway and sliding glass door. Absolutely recommend this company

August 14th: Paid 50% deposit for order of custom windows and doors. Windows are quoted roughly 3-4 weeks, doors 8 weeks. Oct: 26th: Notified of partial order of windows is available. Windows delivered (10 weeks since order placed). Nov. 15: Notified partial order of windows arrives at Northern Comfort, scheduled to be delivered Nov. 17th, delivery cancelled due to cost of delivery. We rented a truck to pick up the windows (13 weeks since order placed). Nov. 21st: last window available. Still no date on when doors will be (14 weeks since order placed). Dec. 12th: 3 doors are now available. (17 weeks since order placed). Will update when order is finally fulfilled.

Sapphire Roofing exceeded my expectations for my roof, so there was trust they would do the same with my windows and front door. Myself and the owner worked out a design for my windows on my newly built home and his expertise helped tremendously. Not only does he have an eye for design, but he also can execute on his plans. My home is beyond what was imaginable because of Sapphire and I will use their services every single time. Highly recommend!

Extremely easy to work with, had to reschedule my appointment the day before it was originally set. On the day of the appointed they get to a cab to and from work as well as handle the entire insurance claim for you. They had even made sure to put my oil change sticker onto my new windshield. Great attention to detail!
