Quick service very convenient

First of all the ladies in the store were great they gave me samples to take home and worked with me to help me pick what I needed. My disappointment came once we got the blinds home to install. The first box was missing brackets while the second box was missing the installation sheets. We ended up calling the customer support number for the blinds to help us install the very confusing instructions even the you tube video did not match what we purchased. My overall experience was disappointing due to the missing parts and frustration with the installation of the blinds. This is no reflection on the sales staff just the blind manufacturer.

Sought for windows and doors - 4 wks from quote to install. (Big box promised 10 wks for 1/3 more in price) Installation was timely and professional. Installers cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with end result.

As a newcomer to this area and a recent homebuyer, I found myself in a situation where I needed a bathroom renovation done immediately. I certainly struck it rich when I found Mr. Slawek Parol, owner of Level Home Improvements in Port McNicoll. Mr. Parol worked on my job exclusively. His attention to detail is fantastic. He is hard working and conscientious. His pricing is very fair. When a glitch occured, we discussed it quietly and Mr. Parol went about his business to rectify the situation because his philosophy is "my client MUST be happy with the end result". When they installed our new bathroom mirror, they noticed a manufacture flaw in the mirror. They told us they were ordering us a new mirror and we could use this one untill our new one arrives.
