Wonderful experience from beginning to end!!!! Anna assisted with my reservations and she was AWESOME. She was very professional, kind and patient. Whenever I called or emailed her she responded right away. When I needed to make an adjustment to my reservation she did it without a hassle. Our driver Alecks arrived an hour early - awesome. The bus was impeccably clean!! The seats were nice and comfy and the bus had all the bells and whistles from mood lighting, televisions, charging stations at every seat, and an audio/video player which were all in working condition. Alecks was very helpful. He assisted us with loading and unloading, with setting up our movie and music and he was very familiar and knowledgeable as to how to operate all of the bus amenities which in the past wasn't always the case with other companies. He even assisted my mom and I with decorating the bus for our Halloween theme - sweet. I requested a bus with a bathroom and though the bathroom didn't have a sink it was ok because I brought hand sanitizer for the group, but I really didn't need to because Alecks provided hand sani, toiletries and garbage bags. He was such a fun guy with a great sense of humor and we felt very safe with him as our driver - he's the BEST! I HIGHLY recommend this company and I will DEFIDEFINATELY use them again.

The owner and receptionist are very polite and friendly. Labor cost are reasonable. The work was done quickly and professionally, and when the job turned out to be less involved then originally thought they lowered the price! A lot of other repair shops would not have done that. I will definitely go there again.

Wonderful auto mechanic, very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Honest with customers about what repairs are needed versus what aren't, and prices are fair. Would highly recommend them!

I had 2 other mechanics look at my 3500 Silverado HD, but couldn't solve the problem. M.A.&T diagnosed the problem , informed me the problem was under a G.M. Warranty, and saved me $700 on the repair. This is the only place I'm bringing my truck.

They normally get the job done fortunately not a lot of come backs on repairs

I've been using Allbrand Auto for about 7 years and have been very pleased with their service (a coworker referred me to them initially). When you find a good, trustworthy, fair mechanic you stick with them. I moved to Columbia, MD about six years ago but I will still drive all the way to Allbrand in Kensington for any car repairs or diagnostics. I cannot recommend them enough!

Aaron had the oil I needed and was very accommodating and said he would keep this particularly hard blend of oil to find without having to order online In stock!! Highly recommend Thanks again!!

Jim the owner is a very nice man runs specials and cares about his customers. He will work with u if your honest with him. The specials are great for poor people who need a break I have had oil&transmisson changes as well as brakes bulbs and fluids I highly encourage u to try Mac's and tell him Jim Stallmayer rec u I am a caregiver in Danbury ct
