The owner of JV Auto Repair took advantage of a senior citizen who is on a fixed income!! He kept her car for over a month with NO communication!!! Charged her for services not rendered and refuses to provide an itemized bill!!! I am outraged to hear that someone would take advantage of a 78 year old trusting senior!!! Car was inspected by a real mechanic who confirmed no wheel alignment had been done!!! Yet this poor woman was charged for this and other untendered services. This is not how this story will end!!! You deserve a 0 rating!!!

Could not have been any more unhelpful. The guy at the front desk had absolutely no desire to get off his butt to help me. After telling him I wanted his advice for my jeep and giving him basic parameters, he just kept saying over and over in a snooty voice, "I need to know what size the you need." You know what dude? Sometimes people don't actually know and that's your job to get off your ass and sell a tire. Very very bad first impression. I'll gladly give my business to a place that actually wants my money.

I went there today to get a muffler delete on my A6. First off, I was late. by 40 min. Mike was helping me at the time, and guaranteed they would still get my car up soon, and back in time to make it to class. He kept his word. They made sure the welds were complete, the metal painted and protected, and the tips aligned and even. The pricing was next to nothing for a job thats usually double that. In and out service, good work quality, and Mike made sure I got everything I wanted. For someone who can't stand 8/10 auto shops, this place has so far left me with a good experience. Thanks to Mike and the rest of the techs.
