Be glad you got one star. Your mechanic even had his children with him when he worked on my nephew's truck. Yet you think you are a great company. My brother-in-law Even bought the kids food. This was a school night. Even Cummins said your company done a half-ass job. My brother-in-law had to call at 230 am to get money because you probably don't have the money to operate your business. You were even low enough to take battery cables of truck . I'm sure the Better Business Bureau & the Attorney General would love to meet with you. You are a clash business. I think this might be price gouging too.

Called this location and explainedthat our coach had a check engine light and was loosing power. Was told to come right over. Kieth, the manager diagnosed the fault. Jeremy removed and replaced sensor that was shorted out. James and Cory were great also. These folks treated us so well. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Coach is repaired and back on the road. Thanks all 4 of you guys for your support and great service. Jim and Cathy

This shop is great at the work they do; however, the excellent work they do is the total opposite in the customer service and communication that is provided. Caleb will be the downfall of the exceptional work that is done due to his arrogance and treating customers as if they are beneath him. As it is known and understood, great work plus great customer service can lead to a lifetime of loyalty. I just really hate my experience turned out so bad due to poor communication and poor customer service. I will not do as most people would do and bad mouth the business; however, I wish the best and hope customer service and communication gets better in the future.

Heading to florida and motorhome had a idling problem, we called and they got us in and found the problem and fixed in no time. A big "Thank You" to Houston, and his humor. No other place had time to help us. Recommended by Good Sam.

Great diesel repair shop. From out of town and was coming up 22 (78) from Birmingham to Oklahoma and truck was having power issues not wanting to climb a hill. Googled diesel repair tupelo, they were the first shop to come up. Called them from the highway to confirm that they work on diesel dodge 3500 dually, that they could get me in today, and that I could get in and out pulling my 35 foot travel trailer. Affirmative across the table. Told them I was an hour out and id see them soon. Turns out it was an issue from the truck sitting so long before it sold. New fuel filter, cleaned the separator inside and out. Under a hundred bucks and out the door in less than an hour... Good folks!!
