Automotive Repair

I fiest visited Bay's after my old car left me dumped on the side of the 51 on my way to work. The tow truck said they could take me to the nearest shop which was Bay's, luckily. When I arrived Dean was super friendly and calming when I needed it most. They offered to run diagnostic tests to figure what was wrong and give me a call back. Dean called me a let me know what was wrong, he explained everything and even emailed me a report. It was a loss ( more to repair the car than what I purchased it for) which I expected, but was hoping to not hear. They let me keep the car in their lot until I could get a junk yard to pick it up. Dean gave me great tips and I was able to by a used car, I even took it to them for inspection prior to purchasing. Now I have a new (to me) car. Needless to say, they have made me a loyal customer. I now get all my routine maintenance with them. Their prices are reasonable and they are honsst. And hard working. My services with them are half of what the dealership would charge. I'm also so happy to see they've expanded. The new building looks great. They now offer cleaning and detailing as well, can't wait to try it out!

Went in yesterday and I wanted my tires to be changed. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable and timing and price were on point. I'll definitely come back.

This place is a joke. Don't Make the mistake of trusting these guys as I did. You will probably be sorry, just as I was.

Very helpful and got the job done. Sam, Jeff, Jessica, and Sarah were all very kind and held true to their word on labor. I will be back for all my CAT C15 needs.

These boys were able to repair a complicated computer problem on a H2 Alison tranny conversion. Done real good.

Always friendly and very helpful! I've bought tons of parts for my trucks over the years and anytime I have questions or concerns Gary and the rest of the staff goes above and beyond to help. Support local small business and if you need parts for your ford dodge or Chevy in Phoenix Arizona check out strictly diesel.

This company was a life saver. 1st Cliff answered my call on his cell phone at 7 pm on a Friday night, apparently he has calls forwarded . I had an emergency axle repair , for a truck in Phoenix, Im located in Ft.Worth TX. Cliff put me in touch with Frank on of his guys , who handled everything from Logistics ,Fixing of the Axle because apparently this particular model was not being made anymore to getting my truck back on the Road. He was referred to be by other companies in the Phoenix area, and i cant say enough good things about these guys . The Cost was under budget and the repair ahead of schedule. If you need anything done and it involves Welding, You need to use this company . My only regret is that they are in Glendale and not closer to me because i d be using them more. Thank you Cliff and Frank , for an outstanding job guys .

Great service and super fast turn around time.

My sudden need for coils on my Lexus brought me to Leroy's. From the first conversation with Troy on the phone to the time I picked up my car, I couldn't be happier. Fair, honest, friendly. Oh, and I had a loose belt and thought I could incur another expense there. Not at Leroy's! The mechanic simply tightened my belt at no charge. Any other shop would have charged me for a new belt. Yes, Leroy's! You can't go wrong here.

best tire and diesel truck service 10/10 ign

By Far THEE BEST!!! Most professional, competent, honest team of hard working people we have had the pleasure of doing business with! Their Shop, Attitudes, Work Ethics ...all spot on! They took what could have been a horrible situation with us (truck in pieces on a roadtrip) and made it "their problem" ie; we got this! From Hotel helps to rental car help to dealing with insurance adjuster.. They just did it! Warranty with Work and parts! Clear and continual communication throughout the repair timeframe. Honestly, even though we live 10 hours away, we plan on bringing our vehicles to them in the future for service. THEY ARE THAT GOOD!

They’ve now worked on two of my cars, fully trust for all major and minor repairs. I love this shop!

This shop is Great! Had a engine emergency while heading home to NM. They got me back on the road quickly even though it was a major repair. From the owner Mikey, the mechanic, to the lady in the office all are Nice people. You can't go wrong at this shop. Mike & Norma Albuquerque, NM

First Google review I've ever written - why? worst automotive repair experience in my 62 years - waited 7 hours for them to get a part in Phx, which they claimed was the only one in AZ - the repair shop I used to finish the job the next day found the same part at Jones Ford in Verde Valley 15 mins away! Guys unnecessarily disassembled / removed many components and I paid to have them reinstalled the next day. When they showed up for road side repair, it was dark and their lighting included 1 flashlight and 3 "night lights" you would put in your bathroom. Unbelievably incompetent.

They think Arizona Spring is over priced

No good fraud scammers all of the above

Great Service , Honest and dependable !!! A+A+

I have had mechanical work done with Elias for over 15 years. I have always had CAT motors. Nobody compares to his work on CAT engines. A year and a half ago I bought my first Cummings motor there were a couple glitches and as I was about to give up Elias figured it out. This guy thinks outside the box. I have sent dozens of people to him so he can fix other mechanics errors. Elias does phenomenal programming and my truck finally runs as it should !!! Keith Bradley Keith Bradley Truckkng Co Inc
