Automotive Repair

Excellent service and realistically priced! They took the time to explain what was needed and then got the job done and followed up to see if everything was working. Thanks, Nick and team!

The people there are very professional

a+++++ great shop

Just had one truck fixed & bought another one in the shop. Talk to Noor, and he’ll take care of you. Corteus, on point, does not waste your time - all you should be looking for in a mechanic shop.

I called a few places to decide where to bring my vehicle. I appreciate how I was treated starting with my phone call. My questions were kindly met. A lot of other places were rude and impatient.

Very good mechanics, reasonable honest.

Great service and fair prices. Honest mechanic. John is great to deal with.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Honest and fair.

Great place for repairs

Amazing service and they stock alot of ford parts! Staff is very knowledgable

Matt is awesome!!

Awesome place to have your vehicle fixed. Chris goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. He is very personable and knows his stuff. I will continue bringing my car here and recommending him to others.

In my experience it's not just the quality of the work that makes a great auto mechanic, but their honesty and integrity that make the real difference. Case in point: originally brought my mis-firing 2005 Audi A4 to a local shop near my home. After several rounds of (costly) repairs that they were "sure would fix the problem" I got my car out of there, did some internet research and found Tunxis Auto's website. Scheduled an appointment with Pat Grace to review the problem's with the A4 and get a diagnosis of what was happening. Pat couldn't have been nicer; he let me know Mark would be looking at the car, set me up with a free loaner for as long as needed, and promised to text me as soon as Mark had completed his inspection. Pat reached out later that day to let me know that they'd found 3 major issues, explained each issue in detail, and given the high costs involved he recommended I consider replacing the vehicle rather than attempt repair. Pat was honest to a fault. He could easily just taken my money. Instead, he gave me recommendations on some comparable used card models that might suit my needs and budget, and encouraged me to call him any time I had car questions. Pat's honesty, and Mark's skill in diagnosing problems in a single afternoon that eluded the other shop for 2 months, have earned Tunxis Auto my business for life.

Copeland Auto fixed a couple issues with my 08 Silverado on short notice. Great service and workmanship!!!

Very friendly and efficient, they took the time to explain the issues. They gave me a rental car to use while my car is being worked on, which was very convenient. I would certainly recommend Deane’s Auto & Truck Repair to anyone that is seeking a repair.

Great staff

Great family owned company, I trust them with my fleet of vehicles.

I have a fleet of 15 school buses and been using Baystate tuck for more then 15 years and would recommend them to anyone looking for good service
