The team at In-Gear was professional, courteous, and very good at what they do. I had a problem that I had already brought to two other garages, without success, and these guys figured it out and fixed it. They even helped me through the process of recouping money from the earlier work I had done by another garage. Really impressive care, and aftercare. Many thanks to the team there in Castlegar!!!

Eleven reasons not to.#1 your vehicle doesn't run on all cylinders and leaks oil when you pick it up. #2 you break down twice because they didn't tighten the ground on your ignition coil brain the second day .#3 when you go to tune your carb you find bolts that aren't tightened . #4 you break down again , nobody felt the need to check how the fuel pump arm was riding on the cam lobe.#5 The water pump pully and fan come unhinged and launch into your radiator you take it in and the owner says that's not on them and you've been driving it a lot , thought I payed $4700 for a engine that was meant to run my bad. #6 your timing chain guides snap off punching a hole in the valve cover ,they didn't BS on this one they repaired it in a timely fashion thankfully. #7 the vehicle starts back firing when you downshift and there is oil leaking from your valve cover, improper install on the half moon plug caked with rtv unable to seat on the head causing the valve cover to not seat . #8 you finally give in and drop your oil pan to find nothing but rtv no real gasket just a sloppy mess.#9 you see something shiny when reinstalling your oil pan it's the engine mount they lopped the corner off of for some reason leaving the bolt halfway off with the threads exposed special. # 10 This build was quoted for four weeks total, it was closer to four months .#11almost exactly one year from the timing chain incedent the engine starts making alot of noise, so you check the timing and find it a whole 6 degrees off so you pop off the valve cover and find part of your guide missing and the chain with a little too much slack, so of course you swing by the shop and ask them why it would do this again and they have no answers or even a care beacause with your super expensive rebuild you get a whopping 1 year warrenty, so you replace everything chain tensioners , oil pump redo all the previouse seal work so it doesnt leak oil like when you first picked it up from the shop. This was a pretty bad experience they might care a little more if you spend $10k or more but I wouldn't get your hopes up premier engine builder lol..

These guys are amazing. It was Saturday and ran into a problem. Pulled up and immediate service! They helped me in a bind and was out the door in no time. Great guys would recommend them anytime.

I had my welding rig in to have some engine/driveline work done by Devin, the work he did was done very efficiently and meticulously. He actually caught an underlying problem previously missed at another shop saving me a potential engine failure. Will definitely use momentum equipment again in the future!

Great service and team has vast knowledge

This place is a bunch of crooks. Touch screen stopped working in my '13 dodge ram. Took it in here to see what was wrong. They took my truck for about 15 minutes, figured I needed a brand new radio, quoted me for $1500 and also charged me $60 for 15-20 minutes of "work", while they did absolutely nothing to it. I then went to Woodgrove dodge down the road, walked in without an appointment, they "updated" my radio, FREE OF CHARGE, and everything worked fine. Pretty pissed off to say the least with Nanaimo Chrysler, I tried complaining and that only gets a person so far, so I had to write this review. DO NOT GO HERE.
