Stay Away! I usually avoid giving bad reviews to small businesses as it impacts real people. This time I have no choice but to warn others. This review is the result of a discussion I had with the owner' son when I found out they haven't even looked at the car on the day of the appointment (for an engine check light, probably an oxigen sensor). While I was upset with the situation I tried to maintain a civilized conversation (never argue with your mechanic) but the young guy was very agressive in language and ended the discussion with a "F..k it!". I asked for the car keys and I was out of there for good. I have to mention that my initial discussion for with the owner was positive and I setup the appointment with a good feeling. I was so wrong.

I had an appointment elsewhere and the mechanic couldn't be bothered to show up so I called The Tire Shoppe and they took me in right away, got the part quickly, and got me out the door as one happy new customer! The customer service was great and the price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!
