They don't even deserve 1 star rating Beware , they charge double the time it Takes to repair a simple brake line replacement also charge $77.00 Per hour that most repair shops would charge $ 35.00 per he. For same job. BEWARE !!!!!!!

The company I worked for took their vehicles for maintenance to All Metro, they did a great reliable job. I started taking my vehicles there for any repairs I needed. They have always treated me with friendliness and honesty. I am a natural “skeptic” & that being said, I’ve had multiple mechanical jobs performed. I would try and make sure I was never lied too, not even once have they misled me, lied, or try to pull a mechanics “scam” on me. You bring it in, they tell you what’s wrong and I have no fears that I’m being given a “song and dance”. I have 100% trust in this company for any vehicle service. I moved here in 2015 and love the fact that I can take my car to get work done by a trusted mechanic! I just wish they would sell me their Ford tow truck for less than $5000. I’ve been trying to talk them down for years and they won’t budge, maybe one day.

We are not happy with the service from the Genrep team to repair our Generator. Firstly i was impressed with the first response to check our generator and show up and make a first inspection. But from there on it was very unprofessional and no follow up how to repair the unit for 2 weeks. The first time they get back to me was when i told i still own them $181.10 for the first visit. On my question what is the next step to repair the unit i was told the head mechanic is studying my case. Long story short i was sending my generator to Pratt Diesel in Carp and i am very happy how he was fixing my problem thank you

I couldn't ask for better. Only place in Ottawa that had the auger belt I was looking for in stock, and at a great price. Staff are really friendly and ready to help with anything. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Fast friendly service

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thought I had a detrimental oil leak at the oil pan, their team suggested a steam cleaning of the engine bay and oil dye test and found that I actually did not have a leak at all. The oil was from a leaky front cover gasket that had just been replaced. Their team took to the job understanding that it was my only truck and got me back on the road same day. Can't thank them enough right now.
