I dropped off my car the day before my appointment. Appointment was for 11am. I showed up at 3pm the car hadn't even been started. Was assured it would be on the lift immediately. returned at 5..still not even touched....Nicest guy out there...but severely disappointing to have to waste my day when I have an appointment.

Make sure you go with a guy who knows what he’s talking about, what was quoted here was wayyyyyyyyyy above what anyone else have ever quoted. I had no power steering for almost a year and soon as I let him take a look at it then got my car back my steering went out while at work, THAT EXACT SAME DAY.... they have a nice place but was wayyyyyy over charged even the lady who answered the phone quoted me almost 500 less than what the mechanic said. Also Akron U students they know the school will pay up to 1000 so don’t let them take all of that money, because it’s supposed to help you with out stuff.

Brought 2 vehicles here a couple times and spent at least $4000 between both..they didnt fix the oil leak or driveshaft problem i brought it in for, and after having another shop fix the repair i found out something they "fixed" was never even touched and i paid for it..its all good state of Michigan will be visiting them soon. Do not go here, they cannot hear and their own vehicles are junk..thats like going to a dentist with no teeth
