Automotive Repair

Stayed open late to help me.

Excellent service good people.

It’s hard to express how terrible Minot NPower is - suffice to say that giving them even 1 star seems generous. When you walk in the door the frowns seem to get longer and the difficulty of serving you, the customer begins. Parts availability, and capability to find what you’re looking for, is extremely limited. Maintenance Service is similarly challenging, and often means you end up with more problems than you started with. Long story short, if you have any other options, use them first. Lastly, the only reason I can fathom that they are still in business is because they are a Cummins dealer, so if anyone from corporate Cummins happens to read this I recommend you revisit your franchising of this business, because they aren’t helping you in NW North Dakota.

They really do a great job!

Hires someone new when it's EXTREMELY slow (we're talking NO WORK to do) and then after 2 weeks tells them it's not working out with ZERO indication as to if they are doing something wrong or reason as to why they are letting them go. completely out of the blue. this is VERY bad business practices!!

Does very thorough and excellent work.

10/28/16....This place is a rip off. They charged us $270 for 2 hours. We took the truck there because it wasnt building air pressure. The tech did not figure out what the problem was, but the air pressure just started building up again on its own.The tech only spent an 1 hour trying to diagnose the problem. Then, he had my husband sitting there for another half hour for nothing, (claiming to see if the problem would reoccur). The air pressure was good and he'd stopped looking for the problem. He couldn't tell us what was wrong with the truck, and he didnt do anything to fix the problem because later in the day the problem resurfaced. So, $270 for nothing....They just lost a good customer.

I like when I'm not pressured at a mechanic. I also like when they state if we don't fix it you don't pay.

Ordered a rad for my truck. It was new in the box. No defects. Arrived on time. I installed it and it works great. Price was great too.

Great guys at this shop!!! Skilled Cummins engine mechanic. The owner made my family feel very welcome here. They seem pretty strait up, honest guys. When you find a good mechanic, keep them!!

Very nice experience there. Guys are very helpful and listens and solve every problem. Excellent service.
