I trust these people, they know their business and will fix it right the first time.

I ordered a set of powerstroke cylinder heads and the price seems decent. I received them and the first thing I noticed was that the heads were very dirty. They aren't ready to bolt on. They needed to be completely disassembled and cleaned thoroughly first. I then emailed the company letting them know what happened and no response from them. Buyer beware with this company.

I only bring my vehicle to DMC Diesel !! For all my maintenance and any repairs I have ever needed. The knowledge that Dorian and Lindsay have is amazing. They take such pride in their work and want to education you on your vehicle as well. They talk you through everything you need to know step by step with any questions you may have , they will not pressure you to purchase something if it is not necessary and will always go above and beyond for the customers. They are so friendly and welcoming and more importantly they are honest to everyone that comes into the shop . I highly recommend DMC Diesel to everyone I know to receive the best service and care out there.

Cannot recommend. Number 2 injector tip broke off so I had my truck towed to their shop after scoping the cylinder I was assured that there was no damage to the cylinder the Piston or the head I had Cummins replace all six injectors .. after the repairs were made my driver drove the truck back to Bismarck only to discover there was an excessive amount of blow by. Now took my truck to Wallwork in Bismarck and when they pulled the number 2 injector back out there is severe scoring damage to the piston and a cracked head. When I called Cummins in Grand Forks to ask them if they had removed the broken tip from the motor before they put the new injectors in I was informed that they could not find the tip so they just put it back together. In the pictures that were taken of the cylinder by Wallwork it was obvious that the broken tip that was left in the motor caused the damage and Cummins in Grand Forks would not stand behind their work. After several phone calls they finally agreed to pay for a few of the parts that totaled maybe $400 of a $6,000 bill that it cost me to get my truck back on the road. All in all between both shops my bill was over $10,000

Disappointing experience! Trucks had the same problems after very expensive major repaires. Held the truck a hostage for a couple last unpaid invoices, even thoug it was promised to pay the next week! ( always paid my invoices as promissed). Be aware of seemingly nice approach but poor outcome.

Just now getting to this. Took my motor home in this past summer to have the engine idle lowered since the unit was set at 800 rpm and I had to apply considerable brake pressure to keep the unit from lurching forward. Tech rolled his laptop out to my rig, plugged it in back by the engine and lowered the rpm to 700 rpm He had me start the engine a couple of times and then unplugged his computer and rolled it back into the garage. Whole process took about 25 minutes max. They charged me $115.00. I thought this was excessive unless their shop rate is about $230.00 an hour. Beware!

If you need any metal fabrication done or any fabrication on an engine, take it to any other place either than The Pritchard Group. Was quoted $1050 for a job, and with little to no communication in the meantime, came to pick up part and it's over $1800. An honest business would have let us know that it would be that much more and then we could have brought it somewhere else. I'm sure the part will work fine , but that's not how business should be handled.

Be aware! If your thinking of getting a wheel alignment done here - DON'T Got my wheels aligned here. Did a trip to Texas Calgary and back home. My truck started pulling to the left which it didn't do before. I also noticed my steers wearing bad right after this alignment. Made an appointment in Winnipeg to get my alignment checked out again and was told my alignment was out. I ended up having to buy new steer tires because of that. I gave them 1 star for pretending to have knowledge on how to do wheel alignment and actually make things worse and another star for giving back my money upon confronting them.
