If you want parts save yourself time and go to Flint. Saginaw is a waste of time they apparently stock very little.

I feel this place is little bit pricey however I believe they do excellent work and they are the best place to take a workhorse chassis

Still trying to work with the owner 6 months later to resolve inferior products and workmanship. Will update as process continues.

Please please please do NOT bring your truck here. Call roadside service or go another place. I needed to change just 1 air hose and called them to make sure that they have one. They said they have and will replace it quickly. After I arrived and filled their blank, Dyllan front desk guy told that truck has open recall and will fix fast. So I expected max 1 hour of repair (air hose 15-20 min plus 40 min of recall fix) In 1 hour I was taken to my truck I took some food from it. I saw hood was open and air hoses and electric cord was not even started for replace. After 3!!!!! hours of waiting I demanded to release my truck. Dillan said that they made “courtesy inspection” and found couple (fictitious) leakages and will not release the truck until they fix it. When I asked to give me bill Dyllan SCARED me that will call DOT guys. SCARED, Carl!!!! After some time of dispute he finally handed bill. He tried to charge 2!!!! hours of labour time for air hose replacement. Mechanic changed whole cord despite I wrote on the blank they gave me after arrival that I need just one new air hose. After another dispute I asked to find out from mechanic how long it would take to replace one air hose. Mechanic James came and with Dillan’s help said 2!!!! hours. Later they cut down to 1 hour of labor but anyways it is absolutely unacceptable aggressive customer service!!! THEY WILL SCARE YOU WITH DOT!!!! Just don’t go there. Keep your time, nerves and money.

We had good experiences with them for a number of years. I never "price-shopped" them, always took them at their word. They replaced 6 injectors for me in August of 2015 ($5,082.52). One of the bolts snapped while my driver was on the turnpike. After a $500 tow to an International Dealer... the dealer says that this work should be under warranty. Turns out Belback saved me a few bucks in NEW bolts instead of replacing 8 year OLD bolts. Belback "can't be held responsible for bolts". The dealer tells me, they would have never put those old bolts back in. Belback refuses to stand behind their work. After arguing with Steve (Belback) about my dis-satisfaction... I called around for estimates on the repair, only to find that Belback was 35% higher than the 3 nearest places to me (including a dealer) on the parts. (ie. Belback $418.50 / injector, Dealer $275 / injector). I will tell anyone who will listen... stay away from Belback!

Rob was fantastic to deal with. The service performed was done in a proficient manner and without any issues. These guys are true professionals. Highly recommend them! I will return!

Needs parts for an older Onan engine. Most of them weren't in stock but were ordered immediately. All the parts were right and price was good. Last but not least staff was excellent to work with!

Spent all day just watching them walk around and avoiding just getting finished 7+ hours for 3 tires and a torque arm on trailer.

Charged us 189 dollar service fee and didn't fix anything. Dude always smells like beer when I go in there. Welded our exhaust that we didn't even tell him to touch. Very racist against mexicans. Horrible.

AMAZING FOLKS!!!! If your thinking about having them do some work for you, stop thinking!!! Just have them do it. Incredibly reasonable and quick! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
