Automotive Repair

Our old mechanic closed down, and we found this place. Great staff. Reasonable prices. Quick turnaround.

These guys are good. Shane and Team are a git r done group.

When a "do it yourselfer" couldn't do it himself, these guys helped out in a very timely manner and for a great price!

Chuck and His Son's have been incredible to work with, Their Team always has been there for us since the beginning on Helping our Product get out in a timely fashion. And Troubleshoot any issues that arise. Highly Recommend!

Last time I had car trouble here I went to valley view auto and had a terrible experience since only one person there knows what he is doing. Go here instead these people are really friendly and awesome, Matt fixed my leaking radiator hose and filled my coolant for free.

Super friendly staff. Reasonably priced and they got me in quick! Definitely coming back for all mechanical needs.

Awesome customer service! I called several other shops in town and explained that I was on a long trip and needed some help today. None of them cared. Then I called Alex, who said to bring it right over. He listened to me, treated me with respect, diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had me back on the road within a hour. Thank you, Alex!

The owner, Dave Saure's is a complete douche bag. This prick didn't want to give me as little as a sorry after costing me ridiculous amounts of time and money from butchering a cylinder head deck job. Rather than admission to his mill head having the bearings wiped out of it causing tapers on both ends of the cylinder head as the cutter came in contact with the cylinder head he would rather put the blame on any other possibilities, just not on his own end. Then he proceeded to get butt hurt and tell me to get the F*** out of there. Real professional huh. I guess if your willing to take the chance of having this prick destroy a perfectly machinable cylinder head, than by all means have this douche do it. Zero starts. Drive by the casino and throw your hard earned money out the window instead.

expensive and rude

Don't let the aesthetics of this place fool you. It looks a bit rough, but is a great place to have your vehicle worked on. Vince has always been straight with me about what needs done and what gets done. This is the only place in town I take my car. It's been here a few times over the last couple years and I've always been treated fairly. The shop provides a shuttle service if needed, because there is literally nothing within walking distance.

they tell you it will cost this much then they throw parts at it and still not fixed but now they want 4465.00 and truck still don't run

Fair priced, competent service, nice people to deal with.

I have never been treated so rudely from a mechanic in my life!!! Told me 3 hrs called after 3 hrs and was told they would call when done and wouldn’t give any other info. The wife/front desk was so short and rude I was at a loss for words dealing with her. I will NEVER use them again or let anyone I know use them! They give as little details as possible and then act like you’re dumb for not knowing what’s going on.

Very capable repair techs, but they can't diagnose to save their lives. I trusted them and ended up replacing or repairing over $1500+ worth of perfectly good parts just to take my car to so.eone else to find out the problem was the transmission after all. Then that came to $4500. Unteal.

Coast diesel is as good as it gets. Mark has been working on my personal boats for years and now maintains and repairs my charter boat. I have dealt with a lot of other marine mechanics, and Coast Diesel really stands out as Mark and Ken really know their stuff and there is never the guessing that I have seen other mechanics do. I had the "experts" from Portland in when I had a shaft issue and they kept telling me it was perfect and Coast Diesel said it wasn't- we took the coupler off and took it to machine shop and Coast Diesel was dead on and we were up and running in a few days.

Excellent service, really helped me. Knowledgeable.

Great work and friendly atmosphere
