Great shop and professional service

The owner is a rude pompous inconsiderate jerk who cares more about the dollar value than refunding a $200 set of injector tubes that were the WRONG ones from the get go! I don't blame the sales guy coz he was new but very nice. Save yourself the headache and go to Taylors diesel for injectors, tubes or turbos. They don't need a computer to find the CORRECT part. By the way, the tubes were torqued correctly Jack@$$. I've only been doing this for 15 years and expected you to know the difference between an early 04 dodge and a late model. You're a joke. The make of your tubes are DCP's. Not Bosch. Word of advice. Study up on what you're selling.

Good place great workers fix my APU and got me back on the road

We were on a road trip and had trouble with our Subaru powered Vanagon. I had some ideas but not enough tools to attack the problem. I was referred to Pete by another shop. His work was spot on. He diagnosed the problem (turned out not to be what I suspected), went out the get the part rather than subjecting me to waiting for a delivery, and fixed the problem. I truely appreciate his working with my schedule and would recommend him to anyone.

I have a 2003 Chevrolet Duramax diesel truck that I took to Autofix after a Chevy dealer could not identify the cause of my problem. The truck starts perfectly when cold but had begun to fail to start when the engine was hot. Autofix replaced the fuel filter housing and a portal on the front of the engine that were deemed to need replacing, for a cost of 1,108.00. The truck then started cold or hot, but for did so for 225 miles before the problem resurfaced. I took the truck back to Autofix as their advertisements proclaim a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty on the work. I was told that I would have to pay $284.00 for them to run the diagnostics to find the problem. I replied that they advertised a 3 year warranty on their work. I was told simply, "you needed the parts. You even saw the portal leaking." Their advertisements even say, "customer satisfaction guaranteed." Apparently the guarantee and customer satisfaction exist on paper only. I cannot recommend this business.

Follow up from first review . Same problem same noise every time I took car in . I was very familiar with that noise as much as I heard it . Loud rattle at low speed while turning steering wheel . Noise went away with speed . Never did I say noise got worse with speed. Took car for another opinion . 6/22/17 checked vehicle for noise when turning steering wheel and found rack bolts loose and rack support going to frame loose . Tightened rack bolts and rack support bracket . Noise is gone . That is what paperwork from other mechanic said word for word . And the noise is gone. Something was going to fall out if I didn't get it fixed. But it is fine now . If they had just tightened bolts up when I brought the car back the second time there would have not been a problem . .
