I tried to do business with them, but it seemed like they didn’t want any more. Recognizing that I was short on time, I tried to make an appointment to get my leaky tire fixed, but was told no appointment was necessary and I should just stop in. When I did, they told me it was a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. Why even have an appointment function on your website?

Not sure what to say yet about their work But they are great at explaining what may need to be done. I have an appt for Wendsday so I'll get back to you. Took my vehicle back to get it checked out and they did a bumper to bumper check and checked out what I took it in for. Started right on time. Bad thing was my vehicle is going to cost more to fix than I paid for it. Good thing is Chris didn't charge me the full price for the inspection, gave Mr a printout of all the problems and everyone there was very Awesome. I'll be going back with all my vehicles and would advise anyone reading this to go to here .It's an HONEST, RELIABLE AUTO REPAIR SHOP.

Was on a family vacation in the Black Hills near Lead, SD when my Town and Country began to overheat. I attempted two shops near Lead, but had no luck with either. I contacted Modern and got an immediate ballpark quote. Allen and his staff replaced a leaky radiator and heater hoses in less than three hours. In the meantime they suggested places to go in Spearfish, and his office manager gave us $5 in quarters to feed the trout at the fish hatchery. Allan picked us up in the van at the hatchery and we were back on the road by late afternoon and had no problems the rest of the trip or on the two-day trek back to Texas. Thanks for saving our vacation, Bob.

I brought my camper in to them to have it looked over to make sure it was ready for the season, asked them to fix the door on the camper, which they did decent at that (they said they fixed the seal on the door, and it was hanging off when we got it back). We got it back in a completely different shape than we dropped it off in, wires that we had capped and fixed got uncapped and pulled out, the canvas was pulled out of the molding, and we are now missing the drain valve release that was connected when we brought it in.
