Bought a transfer case offline for my 04' Jeep grand cherokee and took it to Kerry to have him put it in, replace the seals, and fill it with fluid. He called a day later said the drive shaft and the yoke were out, which was fine. He told me he could get them for me at a decent price so I just said ok go for it. So it's time to get my Jeep back, but when I turn it's grinding REALLY bad so I take it back to Kerry. He explains it was the viscous clutch going out in the transfer case I bought and he could fix it for about the same price that we JUST paid him; which was $550. I didn't have another $550 to hand out so I said I'd get back to him. The next day I take it in for an oil change at Becks and they tell me my transfer case fluid was milky (which means there's water in there) I explained that they had to be wrong because that should have been brand new fluid. They insisted it was milky. So not even a WEEK after I got my Jeep back me and my dad got under it and drained the transfer case fluid and yep, it was milky. We texted Kerry with our problem and he INSISTED that's how it came out of the Mopar. 2 weeks after we drained and replaced the milky fluid Kerry put in there the grinding is gone. Seems like he was trying to ruin my vehicle. Will never take my Jeep here again.

Under much pressure from multiple sides after our truck broke down, the Fort Pierre team felt like a kind extension of our family who was standing behind us to make sure we were able to get back up and running so we could finish the job we started. Communication was accurate, timely, and not over-promised. When I was told I would be called back, I was called back. "100% follow through. Honorable to their word. Honest. Fair. They do good work at a fair price. Installed a starter with a lifetime warranty. Installed a muffler for me. Always do my oil changes. Get me in fast and get the work done in a timely manner. Worked with me on payments when pay day was close. Would recommend to anyone.

I done business with this dealership numerous times. So far the cars from this dealer have been good quality and staff work hard to figure out a good deal and service when things on my car go bad. When my girlfriends car wouldn't start; it didn't take beck's long to figure out the problem and fix it affordably. Same thing with my ford taurus electronics despite the dealer being a chevy dealer. They make trade-ins and buying a car enjoyable and stressfree. If they didn't have what i looked for, they did much of the heavy searching for me. There is a large selection of cars to choose from and is one of the largest in Pierre.

Waited over 5 hours just to have a simple thing looked at, would have taken 5 minutes. Finally had to roll out after all that time wasted. Wouldn't give a penny to this place.

Awesome experience, came in at 1100, my truck had an odd knock only at at specific conditions and one of the employees came out and checked it out and drove it around, told me what I figured, it was not a normal sound, and within 4 hrs later, I had an injector replaced and was driving the truck, all without an appt, great people very professional and couldn’t have been quicker, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop for repairs, will definitely be using them for any major repairs in the future

Great customer service, Tim, the service writer was informant and helpful. They got us in the shop and got our AC running again. The tech who sorked on our truck knew what he was doing and exactly how to diagnose our problem. Good shops are hard to find. Thanks.
