Truck was overheating...bring it in to Myers. 8 weeks and $5500 later we get the truck back. 3 weeks later truck overheated again, leaving us stranded. Call Myers and get a million excuses as to why it couldnt be his fault or why it wouldnt be covered under warranty, but we went ahead and had the truck towed to Myers. No apology, no reassurance that he would make it right. We are not asking for a free hand out, but this isnt the way to do business. Because we no longer trusted him, we had the truck towed elsewhere 2 days later. When Myers was notified that we would have the truck picked up and brought elsewhere he just said ok and went about his day.
