Had to keep going back for same. Problem water leak from the job that he performed he fixed it but I had to keep going back for leaks and was looked after well.how ever was not happy with having to pay for parts that I did not break witch happend after installing other parts of the motor that needed fixing even though he did not charge the labour to put the part that he broke back on the truck .Lets see So we broke a part fixed it charged no labour to put it in and charged me for the part He broke only .

Wow. Just wow. I'm coming from New York, so maybe I'm just used to jerky mechanics, but the people here and the service was FANTASTIC. I will be coming back for sure. And I have come back, twice actually, for different things. They are just amazing and friendly.

Had appointment scheduled for 11:40am to have tires mounted and balanced. Arrived early and waited in house for work to be completed. We’re told it would take an hour to hour and a half to be done(!) By 1:00, we received no notice of the work being completed. Went to service desk to inquire how much longer it would take. They had NOT EVEN STARTED, they were finishing up on another vehicle. No apology for the wait. Acted liked this was normal procedure. We drove 81 miles (161 miles RT) to have this service performed. We took our car and left. Wanted to warn others of the poor service.

Took RV I just bought into shop to fix AC belt and because they said they would right an issue they had with the previous owner (simple lever cable). Took two weeks and several calls (each time they really couldn't tell me anything because the mechanic was out, hadn't left notes, or they flat out hadn't looked at it, etc etc); bottom line I paid $1200+ and once I got on the road come to find out the AC apparently wasn't charged because it won't blow cold air!! I'm afraid to take it back because I can't afford to wait more weeks and possibly get charged for their mistake, I need to get on the road. Also they​ left grease all over my steps, carpet, and even the duvet (engine is under bed so they needed access). I complained and they still didn't clean it, so I asked for a can of cleaner to do it myself. I showed up 5 minutes before closing and everyone had vanished, so I had to arrange a second ride to come back the next day. All in all, one of the most unhappy and unprofessional experiences I've had and I would never go back. But, if you love wasting time and money this is your place.

The joke of a mechanic spent 5 minutes looking at the car with a coffee cup in one hand. Proceeded to take a running car and destroy it to the tune of $1800. Then had the nerve to charge $100 for that 5 minutes. Stay the hell away! He will just screw you over!

Unfortunately for me, I've had to take my vehicle to a repair shop 3 times in the past 2 months for some repairs... it's an '83 so it's somewhat expected... I'm new in town so I didn't have a regular mechanic set up yet and Gaynor's was the closest repair shop to where I'm currently located. Fortunately, I chose wisely because each repair request, Ryan and his guys took great care of me and my vehicle, got my vehicle in quickly with no extra or unnecessary repair suggestions, just good quality diagnosis and repairs in a timely manner. I will continue to take my vehicle to Gaynor's.
