Can't argue they made me angry-LIVID even. But best trait of a good bussiness, strong team, and good values is the ability to win someone over and acknowledge mistakes. And people, respect your mechanics! It's a bussiness but they also have a liability to ensure your safety, stern negotiations are defensible, but thinking they personally want to destroy you for saying your rotting car needs for example an engine cradle, or new brake lines that's 100% non-negotiable safety concerns for you and others on the road.
