I came in from out of town and my Jeep Wrangler's brakes grinding. Brought it in to High Tech Auto and Truck Center, they diagnosed the problem that morning, repaired my Jeep and had me back on the road that afternoon. Great service, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most highly recommended.

Sadly, all of the negative reviews about this place are absolutely true. I try not to let the few negative review affect me but I should have listened this time. Do not ever take your cars here. This place is a joke. Please take my advice. So we took our vehicle in for a state inspection and obviously it was rejected for three things. Not a big deal if they knew what they were talking about and weren’t seeking money. First, one of the license plate bulbs was out. They asked for $25 to replace it. I literally just pushed on it a little and it worked perfectly. Makes me think they messed with it after everything else. Second, they stated that the marker/parking lights needed to be replaced and had to be amber. Hmmm. According to the picture, we don’t have parking lights!!!!! Yet they wanted to charge me $55 to replace them??? The amber strip below are our turn signals and flashers and they work perfectly. Also, according to Virginia inspection law, a vehicle is not required to have parking lights. If they do, they must be operational. We don’t have them!! Finally they decided to say that our brakes did not meet standards and that I should replace the rotors as well. They would be happy to do it for us for $400 of course. When I heard that recommendation I had them take the car down. I took it to another place who actually specializes in brakes and they said everything was fine and the brakes are easily good for another year or two. I came back to this location and asked for a refund and explained everything and even that we don’t have marker lights and they denied the refund and decided to flip me off when out of view of the camera. Nice operation you have going here. Like I said, please avoid this place at all cost. They are called honest lol. I actually went there thinking that they had to be since it’s in the name and that would look bad. Good luck!

They were very professional and knew how to handle the service work. Eric was good about the research required to fix the issues with the diesel motor of the JD 5525.
